Not Ritz Hotel but a decent place to stay if you are passing through and need somewhere to stay overnight. Quite easy to find parking in the area and the hotel is situated a short walk to the shopping district. Great breakfast with perfect covid-19 safety measures. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again if I'm going to Kiel.

Spacious rooms and friendly service. The location seems nice. No major complaints, but they don't have double beds (two singles together - German hotels), no air conditioner, and no lift. I believe that the cleaning of the room could have been better.

Für meine Zwecke perfekt gelegen. Nicht zu luxuriös, aber sauber und nettes Personal. Für Kurztrips absolut ok. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Definitiv das perfekte Hotel, wenn man mal komfortabel, aber erschwinglich übernachten will, ohne unnötigen Luxus und dafür mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, gemütlich und sauber und auch das Frühstück ist total ausreichend und hat eine gute Auswahl. Das Personal ist ebenfalls freundlich und selbst später Check-In klappt super. Kann man echt nicht meckern, würde es wieder buchen.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört jeden im Treppenhaus reden. Wenn man für eine Nacht ein Hotel Brauch, zum Beispiel nach einem Konzertbesuch, ist das Hotel gut. Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Hier werde ich nicht nochmal herkommen.
