My room was small...bathroom super small! Then I asked for a bigger one and they told me that I should not expect such a bigger bathroom, at list for rooms at first floor. The breakfast buffet is quite minimal and without sweets (no cake, no croissants).

Inexpensive, tiny rooms with microscopic - one foot in the shower while using the toilet- bathrooms. Breakfast buffet is a sad affair. Rooms are clean and 10 min walk to the harbour.

One of the worst value for money deals we have gotten for quite a while. Actually, the stay was pricy, but conditions where not even close matching the price. No air conditioner, no fridge, small room and a toilet, shower is just a drain in the floor, which didn't work properly and water after showering was almost going out of the bathroom. Of good things - we had a terrace (we didn't use) and got bottle of warm water in the room.

Nice quiet hotel, which was very easy to find, as it is just at the road that continues after the high way from west. We got a big room out to the backyard. The hotel has a small free car park in the backyard and they also seem to have a possibility of basement parking. There is also the possibility of parking on the street in front of the hotel, if you are lucky enough to get a parking space there. The breakfast was nice and simple, with bread, cold cuts, yoghurt, juice, coffee and tea. There is just a short walk from the hotel to get into the city centre, shopping centres, parks, harbor, markets etc. We can recommend a walk to the Schrevenpark just north of the hotel and the Sophienhof shopping centre just next to the Hauptbahnhof.

The hotel was OK. Not something very great and not something really bad. We arrive very late, and when we came they had done everything ready for us. The breakfast was also OK if there was any left. Not a very smiling staff🤗

Room and bathroom were extremely small, the carpet on the ground wasn't cleaned, and some yellow liquid was in the toilet, I just flushed it quickly hopping it was a cleaning agent and not pee. At least the staff is very nice. I would suggest spending 10 or 20 more a night and go in a decent hotel rather than this one, the value for money is terrible.

Single rooms are tiny. Even for asian built. Reception staff service is terrible. However hotel is near to HBF.

I was able do very late check in at 3am because my train was late. The check in was smooth. I stayed only one night and didn't try the breakfast. The room was good, not so big but clean. My room had a balcony and had a nice city view. Might be bit expensive comparing price-amenities ratio. But hey..

The bathroom is very tiny, and our lock to the bathroom didn't work. The rooms are pretty spacious, but it smelled like smoke in the corridor and, at night, inside our room as well. There is a meeting place for homeless people in the park right outside the hotel, and it caused some noise at night, but it was bearable. The bedsheets weren't washed properly and had coffee stains on them. The elevator is pretty old, but charming. The service was very good, with a reception open 24/7. The breakfast was simple, and we could take with us food from the breakfast for free. Free parking if you park outside and 8€ a night if you park in the underground parking area. The interior is quite old and the breakfast area looks like a gas station from the 80s. The location is very good. You can walk to the city center in only 12 minutes, and 10 minutes away from the pier.
