Ich habe noch nie so ein schmutzige mc gesehen bis jetzt ein Fach Katastrophe und das über tage lang Klo defekt sehr sehr schmutzig ich habe fast gekotzt 🤮 nie wieder dieses mc Schicht führer sprechen das so laut wie arabische bazar einfach nicht normal bin sehr enttäuscht 🤮🤮🤮

Food was fine, but the workers did not have the best attitude towards the guest's.

Viel zu voll und zu laut. Habe was bestellt und das meiste war kalt und nicht nur das sogar mein Kaffee war aus Eis. Der Service war gar nicht da es wurden nur die Bestellungen gerufen und das wäre eher bei der Laufkundschaft so,so wie bei anderen McDonald's Restaurants ,aber nicht bei sitzend Kunden....sehr misserabel der Service. Da das Restaurant sehr voll war kann man da mit Kindern nicht wirklich reden oder sitzen

I Love it, met that place since a long time ago again. my china shoe soles whent wet and I had a strange slippery stance effect, but thats not mc donalds fault at all. My tip is the MC Double Chili Cheeseburger

I ordered plant based nuggets and there was a normal chicken nugget inside. The place was pretty hectic and the staff was not very attentive.

McDonald's is McDonald's tasty, quick and cheap.

Der Laden ist schön groß und sauber,das Essen war sehr schnell fertig und sehr heiß... aber die Toiletten sind eine Katastrophe. Von 3 Kabinen waren 2 abgeschlossen ohne Benutzung und die Dritte war kaputt(siehe Foto). Seife war auch nicht vorhanden.

Bought 16 burgers for people waiting at the boat to Sweden. Asked for ketchup. Manager comes in and gives 1 ketchup. Thank you for 1 ketchup for these 16 burgers. Next time just say it costs extra. Would seem less stingy.

3 bis 4 Sterne, je nach dem wie voll es ist. Manchmal ist es hier extrem überfüllt und man muss auch lange warten um seine Bestellung zu bekommen. Die Bestellpannels sind sehr angenehm, außer sie sind mal wieder defekt. Mit einer kaputten Eismaschine hatte ich bisher noch keine Probleme. Zugänglich ist es mit einem Rollstuhl.

Dem Restaurant gebe ich nur 1.Stern weil sie uns statt Pokemonkarten irgend so ein Spielzeug von Peach gegeben haben und ich hasse Peach! Essen war aber gut. Tische waren auch Sauber.

Einfach nur dreckig und ekelhaft, Tische nicht sauber Sitzbereich dreckig. Bedienung komplett überfordert, mit dem was als Bestellung über das Terminal kommt. Und einfach nur teuer geworden. Und dann noch frech werden weil ich zu meinem Menü ein Salat wollte.

Wie immer kein Tischservice, kein Wunder steht doch das Personal dass im Überfluss vorhanden ist mit verschränkten Armen mit dem Rücken zum Gastraum.

Unterirdischer Service! Zuerst wird uns das Menü auf den Schoß geschüttet. Dann werden wir aufgefordert uns woanders hinzusetzen, da der Tisch gereinigt werden muss. Keine Nachfrage, ob wir Servietten oder sowas bräuchten! Wie der Gast nach dem Besuch aussieht ist wohl egal. Dann waren die bestellten Dinge nicht verfügbar, obwohl es am Automaten bestellbar war. Nach drei (!) Beschwerden hatten wir schließlich essen und Getränke beisammen. Für all das gab es nicht Mal eine angemessene Entschuldigung! Nie wieder in dieser Filiale!

Terrible service, lack of hats and gloves for the kitchen staff!!!! This is generally unacceptable for the McDonald's fast food restaurant chain!!! and one price list for cucumber in cheeseburgers!! Is a mockery! AWFUL!!!!!!

The staff did not understand either English or German. There are no self-service screens. Scary thing.

A place to rest.

Got the chicken burger, which I usually like and haven't had for a while. Unfortunately this chicken fillet had a strange texture with hard parts in the meat, almost like clumps of muscle meat. Bought as takeaway but ate in. Was quite busy in the afternoon but the staff cleared the treats as quickly as they could and there was always a seat. People could bring their own drinks from outside, much appreciated! It's strange that the toilet has 2 sinks, but only one sink has a tap. There's a children's play area. Strangely there's no McDonald's wifi like all McDonald's in other countries I've been to.

Terrible toilets, really bad food. Not close to the "normal" and expected Mc'D standard. My recommendation are to go somewhere else.
