Was looking forward to visit Primark, my first visit to Kiel. I asked a security officer in the shop if they had any place for my suitcase, but no, I had to carry it with me everywehere inside. The shop was very messy, had no normal sizes left, and many of manequin dolls had garments which were sold out. On the way out another security man stopped me right outside. He spoke german and pointed at my suitcase. I asked if he could speak english, and he still replied in german. For me he sounded angry. In full public I opened my suitcase and he only took a glance at my receit, and said ok (which is International). And just went away. No apology, nothing. I felt like a criminal. No more Primark Kiel for me!

So the number of dressing rooms at this place firstly......YAS!!!!! And the clothes are sssssooooooo affordable!!!! And good!!!! Lots of stuff to choose from (and not just clothes or shoes), nice staff and good customer care. Just be careful not to lose your child in there or get stumped on during the rush hour stampede because it is REAL 😊😊

The only place we (as tourists) went in Germany that didn't allow our small dog, even though we had him in a completely closed trolley with netting. So one of us had to wait outside. But they did allow brats with booger and poo fingers to touch and mess up everything in the store! The result: a messy and disgusting store with a lot of prices missing from the wares. Wouldn't recommend for tourists with dogs

Everytime i come here, there is a security guy that keeps following me around. It is not only uncomfortable but also kind of ruining my whole shopping spree. I have a daughter who is 6 years old and he has grabbed her really tightly on her arm hurting her. Unacceptable.

Prices are good but there isn't a single English sign for the most visited clothing store in a city filled to the brim with international people that can't speak german

Its not so big like primark Madrid men its a good place. Personal very kind ok security are suspicious of everyone 🤣. Its many things of 🎄🎀🎅🏻, it was great to buy there.

Really amazing shop with a wide range of clothes in a good quality. A shop for everyone. Such good value. A sheer pleasure.

Got a lot of clothes at a discounted rate. Too much polyester and cheap materials in the clothing for my liking. If you are a tourist, remember that it's a minimum amount to get tax back :) Very friendly and helpful staff.

A small primark, compared to others, and it seemed like it had been a while since they got new warwa. The shelves were empty and limited.

For such a big store, I was really surprised that I struggled to get the clothes I needed, especially for pajamas. The clothes are all over the place and not packed in neatly, but this could be more because of the shoppers. Not great, not bad. I eventually found what I needed

You can find a nice clothing for really descent price.

Big respect for the lady working in the proverom . She does a wonderful job but she keeps speaking german and I don’t understand what she said. She keeps speaking high in german🤣maybe it’s better to have somebody who speaks a little bit of english to help tourist or she is amazing her jobb is not easy. Respect!🫡

Good shop with everything you need when it comes to clothing and home articles. The shelves were organized and the staff was friendly. They were accomodating with the line that was starting to form at checkout. It is, as every primark, pretty busy 'cause you can get so much stuff for very little so I recommend going either very early close to opening or later, 1-2 hrs before closing. Try to avoid middle of the day, the shop will be crowded and messy.

I bought a lot of things from here. Prices is good, quality is avarage according to prices. Trends is followed. I reccomend it.

Always a great place for clothes with good prices. Unfortunately this branch is a little small in scale when compared to the other branches. Nevertheless, it's great to shop there!

It's a Primark. Good size but not the largest

This must be a joke. Smallest Primark I have ever seen. Not worth the time.

I'm a huge fan of primark! I'm satisfied with what I got and all, but it's a small shop compared to other Primarks, with a small selection of different clothes. It was okay after all, but the staff could have been nicer.

They have multiple options for all families, men, women and children, with home supplies and makeup for women, and their prices are very excellent, and the deal is also excellent

Big and basically how Primarks are. People are inconsiderate and throw things around. Not many people around to help you if you have questions.

Dirty, messy. Not a lot to find here. Two stars for a nice and lovely cashier.

This shop has clothing for men, women, children, babies. Jewelleries.etc. And they are at affordable prices. You can't use restroom at this shop ..that is why I gave 4 star.
