Teilweise wurde auch richtig pampig mit einem umgegangen. Die Termine mit der Therapeutin (die wir nur alle 3 Monate hatten) wurden Ihrerseits irgendwann vergessen.Es hat sich keiner mehr gemeldet. Auch nach Nachfrage (telefonisch) an der Rezeption haben wir nichts mehr gehört. Übrigens: Wenn man selber mal einen Termin vergisst muss man 50€ für die verloren gegangene Stunde bezahlen. Schade, dass es nicht andersrum ist. Was wirklich schade ist, denn so bekommt man noch mehr das Gefühl man ist nur irgendeine Nummer. Auch wurden viele Probleme belächelt. Ich sei als Mutter zu besorgt. Und das obwohl mein Kind wirklich Probleme hat. Bei uns ist das Vertrauen auf jeden Fall weg. Schade

Ich habe dort leider sehr prägende/traumatisierende Erfahrungen gemacht. Wurde während einer Gruppentherapie ind die Ecke gesetzt, weil ich nicht geredet habe(was genau der Grund für meine Therapie war). Bei der nächsten und zum Glück letzten Sitzung wurde mir gesagt ich sei selbst schuld an meiner Störung und das man mir nicht helfen konnte. Das hat mich, besonders auf Grund meines jungen Alters, sehr mitgenommen und meine Störung wahrscheinlich nur verstärkt.
