Die Stimmung ist entspannt und ausgelassen, es wird gelacht und geschwitzt und gestöhnt. Miri ist eine tolle Trainerin, die alle mit ihrer Positivität ansteckt und zugleich alles Bestens erklärt. 2023 geht's weiter mit Level 2! :3

Ein wunderschönes und sehr familiäres Studio! ♥️ Während der Coronazeit gab es ein riesengroßes und abwechslungsreiches Angebot an Online-Kursen mit vielen Überraschungen und Specials. Vielen lieben Dank auch noch mal dafür - ihr habt euch so viel Mühe gegeben und uns wirklich toll durch die Zeit gebracht. Für mich stand fest, dass ich Miri und ihr Team auch unbedingt einmal vor Ort besuchen wollte. Also haben wir uns am Wochenende auf den Weg von Hamburg nach Kiel gemacht. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Es ist ein superschönes Studio mit hohen Stangen und weißen Holzdecken, Parkplätzen direkt vor der Tür, Umkleideraum mit Duschen und vielen gemütlichen Sitzecken. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden von Leihschuhen, Knieschonern, Traubenzucker, Grip, gemütlicher Beleuchtung und alles was das Herz begehrt. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht und man merkt sofort wie viel Liebe dahinter steckt. Die Workshops haben haben mega viel Spaß gemacht - wunderschöne Choreos, kleine Gruppen und es gab viel zu Lachen. Super liebe, motivierende und kompetente Trainerinnen. Ich hab mich einmal zu einem Schnupperkurs bei Studioleiterin Miriam überwunden – mittlerweile ist der erste Kurs durch und Level 2 gebucht. Selten hat Sport so viel Spaß gemacht. :) Die Trainerinnen, die ich bisher kenne, sind alle top und die Atmosphäre sehr herzlich. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben, nichts ist unangenehm. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen! Überrascht hat mich die Kinderfreundlichkeit hier. Es wird auch speziell auf Mütter Rücksicht genommen und besondere Zeiten angeboten oder parallele Kurse für Kinder. Das finde ich klasse (auch als Nicht-Mama).

Ich habe vor Kurzem angefangen und ich hab mega viel Spaß! Meine Gruppe ist super lieb und meine Trainerin macht das super. So herzliche und tolle Trainerinnen durch die man den Mut und das Selbstvertrauen findet, um über sich selber hinauszuwachsen. Genauso wird man super darin angeleitet ( und es wird auch genau darauf geachtet) die Technik ordentlich umzusetzten, sodass man sicher an der Pole hängen und kreativ werden kann. Ich liebs!
