Da das Mietstationen Netz von Hertz sehr ausgedünnt ist müssen sie nun stets über 60 km zur Hertz Station nach Kiel fahren, um die Mieter zu verlängern. Keine alternativen Angebote. Dann einer über 70-jährigen Frau nach so einer Fahrt noch die Nutzung des WC zu verweigern, trotz Impfung. Schäbig und menschlich eine 6!!!

    I really can't recommend Hertz. At the beginning of December I wanted to rent a mid-range vehicle there. The door couldn't be opened, so I was asked if I could try to get in from the passenger side. I would have liked to have seen the expression on my face at that moment from the outside... In any case, it was then suggested to me to take a Fiat 500 with me and after I had found my language again, I realized that that was probably not an adequate operation for a Mondeo or something similar. I also rejected an i30, which then came up as an idea, for this reason. I then received a letter confirming that Hertz would cover the costs of another rental. My advice is: take the firstborns of all ward employees as collateral, otherwise you will never get your money back. 6 weeks later I at least have the original amount of the reservation back, the difference to the naturally much higher costs of a short-term reservation somewhere else is still waiting to be paid out. This is difficult because Hertz sometimes answers in German, but usually in English or French. Sometimes you change the language in the middle of the chat or respond in English in a German message. It would be funny if it wasn't overwhelmingly sad at the same time. I give one star for the fact that the employees at the counter didn't crash and suddenly spoke Spanish during the conversation and one for the fact that after only 10 minutes of discussion they realized that their "offer" wasn't one.
