Almost
exactly
one
year
lies
between
this
and
our
last
stay
in
this
hotel.
We
have
positive
memories
of
the
last
stay.
Primarily
because
of
the
very
friendly
staff
at
the
reception.
This
is
what
you
should
know
about
this
hotel:
-
The
hotel
is
located
on
the
outskirts
of
the
old
town.
This
and
the
train
station
can
be
reached
on
foot
within
a
maximum
of
10-15
minutes.
It
is
more
difficult
at
the
ship
terminals.
Especially
with
suitcases
it
is
quite
sporty
to
walk
there.
It
is
better
to
take
a
cab.
-
The
rooms
are
very
small,
even
for
a
Hampton.
But
that
is
not
really
true.
They
are
kind
of
stupidly
cut,
that
would
probably
meet
it
better.
-
The
elevator
system
regularly
tests
your
patience.
It
can
be
that
you
have
to
wait
a
very
long
time
until
an
elevator
comes.
-
The
breakfast
is
Hampton-standard.
No
more
and
no
less.
However,
the
breakfast
room
is
always
quite
full.
Accordingly,
it
is
then
also
at
the
buffet.
Has
anything
changed
since
our
last
stay?
Yes,
it
has.
Unfortunately,
something
negative.
As
a
Hilton
Diamond
member,
we
no
longer
felt
as
valued
during
this
stay
as
we
did
before.
During
our
stay
a
year
ago,
we
still
had
drinks
and
snacks
on
the
house.
This
time,
no
more.
Instead,
there
is
a
letter
from
the
Operations
Manager
with
my
one-liner
and
a
signature
printed
on
it.
We
also
nicely
emailed
to
thank
them
for
the
welcome
and
noted
that
we
liked
the
welcome
better
last
time.
The
answer
was
quite
noncommittal.
Unfortunately,
we
had
to
ask
2x
during
this
stay
until
our
room
was
cleaned.
Although
we
were
not
in
the
room
for
several
hours
throughout
the
day.
Shortly
before
5
pm
it
worked
out
with
the
cleaning.
It
was
ok,
but
you
could
see
that
it
had
to
go
fast.
For
1,2
nights
before
or
after
a
cruise,
the
hotel
can
be
recommended.
