Meine RUUT habe ich letzten Samstag abgeholt. Der Service ist prima und ich kann das Velocenter Kiel sehr empfehlen. Ich war ja schon beim Beratungstermin in RUUT verliebt und habe mir vorab meinen Farbfavoriten ausgesucht. Das war mein Glück, dass ich auf Farbe stehe. Ich vermute ihr habt bestimmt viele Beratungen. Trotzdem, ohne zu wissen, ob ich bei euch kaufe, hat man mich sehr konzentriert und aufmerksam beraten.

Wir sind das erste mal auf‘s blaue zum veloCenter gefahren. Einfach mal gucken und inspirieren lassen… sofort hatten wir einen supernetten und kompetenten Berater zur Seite, was zufällig passte da sein eigentlicher Termin nicht kam… unser Glück… also… immer Termin machen! Wir hatten uns zwar bereits im Internet schlau gemacht, was für Räder wir wollen… aber haben uns dann doch dank der Beratung für andere entschieden. Jetzt haben wir letzte Woche die Räder abholen können…. Wieder war „unser“ Berater für uns da. Er hat uns wiederum supernett und kompetent mit unseren neuen Rädern vertraut gemacht, fehlende Komponente montieren lassen und uns dann auf eine kurze Runde zum Testen geschickt… nachdem wir die Räder nun eine knappe Woche zu Hause haben muss ich sagen… DANKE für die ganze Zeit und die wirklich gute und umfassende Beratung. Im Rahmen einer Terminvereinbarung wurde ich super freundlich, sehr ausführlich und in aller Ruhe beraten. Ferner konnte ich verschiedene Fahrräder ohne Zeitdruck Probe fahren. Es wurden mir dann noch individuelle Anpassungsmöglichkeiten (Sattel, Griffe) zum Thema Ergonomie auf mich zugeschnitten vorgeschlagen. Mit der kostenlosen 3D-Vermessung kann das perfekte Rad gefunden und individuell angepasst werden. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter des VeloCenter erst dann zufrieden sind, wenn der Kunde es auch ist. Noch ist es nicht dazu gekommen, aber ich bin mir sicher, dass ich mir dort ein Fahrrad kaufen werde. Vielen Dank an Jörn für die kompetente und freundliche Beratung, ich war sehr zufrieden!!

Zwecks einer Neuanschaffung eines Fahrrades, habe ich das Velocenter aufgesucht. Es wurde genau auf meine Vorstellungen eingegangen und habe daraufhin eine ausführliche und fachkompetente Beratung erhalten. Bei der Beratung wurde sich zudem sehr viel Zeit genommen. Habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und freue mich ein Fahrradfachgeschäft meines Vertrauens gefunden zu haben. Immer gerne wieder!!!

Ich hatte Glück und mein Stevens Rad war beim Velocenter sogar auf Lager. Jörn hat mich toll beraten und die Formalitäten des Dienstrad-Leasings schnell und unkompliziert abgewickelt – und geduldig, da ich mehrfach Änderungen vornehmen wollte. Sorry für die Umstände noch mal! ;-) Demnächst bin ich zur Erstinspektion da, für mich als Neuradkäufer ist sie gratis. Klar ist das Gesamtpaket aus Fahrrad, Tasche und Schloss teurer gewesen als online. Aber der Service, die persönliche Beratung und die Tatsache, dass das VC Ausbildungsbetrieb ist, rechtfertigen einen Aufpreis in jedem Fall!

Habe ein Fahrradschloss für 100 € gekauft, da ich es nicht online bestellen wollte. Online kostet genau das gleiche Schloss jedoch nur 65 €. Ehrlich gesagt finde ich das eine Frechheit. The advice was friendly, we had great conversations and I felt like I was in good hands. But some of the advice wasn't that good. The conversion to hydraulic brakes would not have been necessary for my needs. Since it is extremely complicated and parts are incompatible, it should have been discouraged. This also delayed delivery, which was annoying. The first inspection of a new bike is free. I pointed out that the circuit was set incorrectly. Unfortunately it was still there after the inspection. And since I'm a lazy person, I'm not in the mood for bike stuff (hence bike leasing) and I didn't feel like handing over my bike again because of all the back and forth beforehand, so I was forced to ride with a half-defective gear system . Here is one of the most recent experiences: I was at the shop in Eichkamp with my bike over 6 weeks ago and I asked about an expensive conversion. The employee in the shop asked me to send an email with the parts (after he had looked at the bike) so that he could complete the offer in peace and send it to me the next day. Even after repeated inquiries by phone and email, there was no offer and no response from the Velocenter for weeks.... Now, after more than 6 weeks of waiting, a three-line email came asking me to book an appointment and come to the shop with my bike. to get a quote for the renovation. Neither the on-site agreement nor further communication was addressed. After purchasing several expensive and very good quality bikes from this store for over 20 years and always being a loyal customer, I am beyond disappointed with the customer service. After customer service has deteriorated so much over the last 5 years, I as a customer unfortunately feel forced to buy from another bike shop in Kiel in the future.
