They do not have enough staff in order to provide quality of service. The girl in the reception of this pastry shop also wasn't polite.

Waiting 15min for a coffee and to bring and a gone off piece of cheese pie. The place and tables were also dirty, the service is slow, even when is not crowded.

Cheap decent but small expensive desserts. The bearded waiter never picked up our second order and didn’t even acknowledge us when asked to come to our table. Totally ruined our order. Totally ruined our evening.

Went two times because it was so good. Busy on Saturdays during brunch and lunch. Hard to find parking. Other than that, this place was fantastic. Good prices, delicious food, rich dessert, great staff. Looking forward to going back.

Nice place in Drosia, norh of Kifisia, with good quality products and a relaxing atmosphere. However, is often crowded and the service is inevitably delayed. Worth of visiting for a cup of coffee if you aren't in a hurry..

The food tasted great, but it was not what I ordered. However I think there was a language Barrier. I ordered pancakes with maple syrup and wild strawberries. I got pancakes with Nutella and strawberry syrup drizzled over the top. My granddaughter ordered Mac and cheese. It took a VERY long time to get her Mac and cheese. I was finished eating and she went and got an ice cream. Ate it and still had not received her food. We waited another 15-20 minutes and finally it arrived. It was a busy time of day, but the wait for her food was extremely too long. Much of the personal staff was friendly and helpful.

Everyone loves Troufa for its amazing sweets and great environment to have a coffee with friends. They used to have very bad service but the last half year everything has changed and the service has improved a lot (hopefully 😅). Can’t wait for the next visit!

The waiter did not take our order, he grabbed the menu instead in front of me without asking permission and without asking if I had decided what I would like to order. Totally unacceptable behavior. The toilet was dirty and only after our complaint they sent somebody to clean it. Pizza was good but eggs benedict made us sick.

Used to be excellent. Now, most of their clients are teens and therefore the customer service is low and the quality “super market” level.

Everything we tried was super tasty and portions were more than adequate. My only complaint for the particular day that we visited for the first time is the slow service. I heard though that this is not usually the case.
