A warm home atmosphere where you have privacy upstairs with cool balcony views of the sunrise. Downstairs where the family lives its usually lively and they are warm and generous hosts. Walking distance to the infamous Kimironko market where you can find all sorts of things from souvenirs to fresh ripe avocados and juicy pineapples. Buy some fruit to share with Christine Prosper and their adventurous little princess D. They will likely offer you a plate of Rwandan food too. For me it's my home away from home when I come to Kigali and its very convenient to the airport.

Dogs 🐕 🐔 chickens and.ducks roam the yard a quick 10 minute walk brings you to the bustling Kimironko daily market where you can buy ingredients to cook back in the families kitchen or fruits to snack on or have kitenge tailored into a unique handbag or dress or shirt or even cover a pair of kicks. Their young daughter is quite a character and is a whirlwind of.fun who speaks French English Nd Knyarwandan with ease slipping back and forth between them naturally and impressively. we've enjoyed getting to explore Kimironko and Kigali using Isimbi house as our base. It's a quick moto ride to almost anywhere for $50 cents to $1.50 don't expect luxury but do expect warm hospitality and a genuine slice of Rwandan life at super affordable prices.

Hello, I had a very bad experience, people cancelling at the last minute and not reimbursing me. This is unaceptable and I realy do not recommand this place. Don't go.
