I stayed here for 7 days and reserve a deluxe suite The room was very spacious The bathroom was so large you can fit and bed inside of it. The hotel staff was amazing very helpful very polite and informative about things to do around Kigali. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend that if it's your first time in Kigali Rwanda let this be the place you stay.

The hotel and restaurant are nice. I must have had bad luck as I was in a room without functional A/C. When I called the front desk they couldn’t fix it, couldn’t offer a fan and shrugged and left me to sleep sweating in a 25 degree Celsius room.

Great hospitality. Great location. Great restaurant. Spectacular views, especially at night. Comfortable rooms. No workout facilities. If there were a pool and/or a gym, I would definitely stay. If those are not important to you, this is a great economical choice.

I stayed at this Hotel for a period of 20 days and i was satified with the best customer service that i have received. Their staff are professional, respectful and very kind. The most thing that i loved about it was how the big my room i was in and the best breakfast on the top roof/deck with a beautiful view and the feeling of the morning sun. I used to invite friends and family to share the breakfast. Definitelly, I am going back and i recomended this amazing cozy Hotel. I had the best steak I've had in Africa with a gorgeous view of the city and prices that are beyond reasonable. I can't recommend enough.

I was only here for the food, and not the hotel. It's a pretty clean place with a lovely rooftop restaurant. It overlooks some lush areas of the city of Kigali. It's a very popular area for a lot of tourists.

The hotel has spacious rooms,in a serene environment, What caught my attention is the chef sticks to the hotel menu like it's do or die, Mostly doesn't offer african foods eg chapati and ugali,that's was my only let down,

Basic boutique hotel that provides the basic amenities. Rooms are quite large and spacious.

This is a very nice property that is located in a very niche area. The rooms are large and beds are comfy. The staff are helpful and courteous. Well maintained and looked after and for sure you get the value for the money. Their breakfast is very good and they have have a good restaurant and lounge on the top 2 floors. I highly recommend staying here

Nice hotel with the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. The staff at reception, led by Yvette and her team, went out of their way to accommodate. The location was fantastic and the views were unparalleled. We were in Kigali for two weeks and so we ate at countless restaurants but always ended up coming back to the hotel restaurant as the food was the best we had in Kigali. Chef Ricky and his team are true artists.

Last night was my first time there but I like the service and all protocols ✨ I don't know who is in charge of the service staff. Saibais her name she used to talk to my co-workers and say bad things to the CEO of the company I work for,she never said sorry to them.She didn’t need to remind someone that He/she is ugly,short or fat. As for the person who works in the service, it is good service and nothing else……. It hurt us a lot.

Was there for a workshop in the Sky Lounge. Stunning views from the lounge so great as a venue... Slightly stuck in the decor 70's but not in a detrimental way. Good Wi-Fi, food and especially staff... Would go back for sure.

This is the perfect hotel for the weekends and evenings after work. The hotel is the best kept secret in kiyovu and they offer everything you need here. The food is so amazing for the food lovers!!

The rooms aren't fabulous, but the staff and the restaurant make up for it, plus it's in a superb location. It's quiet, it's safe, and it's comfortable. And the food in the restaurant at all times of day is simply superb.

I didn't sleep there but several people who have have rated it very well. The rooms, service and the breakfast. I have dined at the rooftop restaurant severally. I love their food, taste and presentation is on point. Great variety too. Price is abit on the higher side, but not so bad considering the value . The staff are friendly and professional. The bistro is always so impressively clean and tidy. View of the city is spectacular especially at night.
