It’s a basic lounge but does the job as the airport is super small and can get quite crowded. The food is decent and has a good variety. The vibe and decor of the lounge is not great but for a few hours before your flight it’s great. Added bonus they have free beer

Nice lounge which you can use as well as mtn prestige member, which is everybody I think who signs up and uses their phone regularly. Selection of food is limited but a decent glass of wine! And the good thing is you just stay till the airline comes to collect you rather than spending time in the boarding area. Not very crowded normally in the evening. No windows

Good to bridge waiting time until departure in a more quiet area. In peak-time seating might be limited. However, bar and buffet was always well equipped with warm/cold drinks and food and got frequently replenished.

Great service and very clean. The lounge was recently renovated so there is a fresh feeling to many things. The food selection is adequate and the toilets and showers are well-maintained. However, the only downside is the size. With two or three flights departing at the same time, there is a lack of seats.

Nice lounge , though the front desk person was a bit unwelcoming on our visit . It has comfy chairs, screens to show flights, and clean restrooms, so it's a nice place to relax while waiting for your flight.

A modest lounge with a variety to offer. The bar host a good selection of beer, wine, whiskey and other beverages. The food ranges from chips and pasta to soup and casserole. What I like about this lounge is its kid’s corner which allows children to play and watch shows. Wifi connection is excellent. The surrounding is sparkling clean and the decors, while subdued, are distinctively Rwandan. The total area could accommodate between 70 to 100 people.

Small but lovely lounge, plenty of staff around and clean facilities. A good selection of alcohol and soft drinks. The breakfast food was very basic but fine.

Spacious lounge. They accept priority Pass, there is one shower in the men’s restroom. Also, there is enough variety of food : spaghetti bolognese, rice, chicken, samosas, chicken fingers, Spring Rolls and some deserts as banana cake, pancakes. Enough outlets all over the room with international connector.

Had a connection flight so used my lounge key pass as I get it with my bank. Anyway the lounge it's self is large, with a large screen that was showing football, it very clean and has a decent selection of self service food and drinks. Wine and spirits are extra charges however beer, juice and sodas are inclusive. Bathrooms are clean and the staff are pleasant. Was only a few people in the lounge when I used it.

Fairly good food/drinks. Marginal wifi, ~5mbps down.

Cold food, unpleasant atmosphere. Staff very rude and abrupt. Felt obligated to stay in there once paid.

The lounge is fine but receptionist attitude is obnoxious, as if she is doing you a favor to let you into her lounge because it is all so much work...... Great promotion for Rwanda... 🤔

Not much better than sitting outside, although there was at least some food / beverage options. An alarm was going off throughout my time in the lounge, which the host said was caused by the internet (?!) After a while, I left for more peace and quiet!

The lounge itself is perfect. Nevertheless, there is no lounge treatment. They make you go to the gate the earliest of all. Waiting an hour before boarding. The staff is not very thoughtful about frequent travellers and definitely not accommodative. All in all, after being here often a disappointment

For an airport so small, the lounge is just practical. Food if good, the snacks are well made. Also an array of choice drinks. Putting everything in context, the lounge is perfect

This rating is considering the only restaurant in Kigali's departures section is Bourbon Coffee with a limited selection. This lounge has plenty of comfortable seats with outlets and wifi, as well as ample snacks and drinks. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. It's a pleasant way to spend time at Kigali International. Even if you're not eligible for entry, it's well worth the money I would say. Also note, this lounge accepts Priority Pass.

Really poor quality. One of the worse business lounges I have seen.. Patchy WiFi, horrible food choices. Just one shower which is also broken and has no hot water. This place should really not call itself a “business lounge”!
