They have great food and nice desserts. It is also very affordable. For those who have been to the Kenyan ones, its way cheaper than Kenyan Java but with the same quality.

Great service all ways. Never have to wonder where your food is. Internet service available to work also. Outdoor and inside sitting area. On the top floor so you can also enjoy the view of the convention centre. Decent prices overall love eating here so brought my mum.

It is also a good place for short meetings, casual meetups with friends and a gang out for some meals.

This is one place I couldn't get enough off. Their meals are not just delicious and tasty, the environment is relatively warm and the waiters are just splendid. I recommend the stemmed rice, with salsa and chicken curry sauce.

I loved going to the Java House in Kigali Heights. Its the perfect place to go hangout and have a good meal. Every time I went Benon was my server. Always kind curteous and smiles.

The food took sometime to arrive but it finally did and I liked it. They also surprised me with a birthday cake but it was my GF’s idea. I had a take away and the packaging was good though I wasn’t given a bag to carry my takeaway.

Java house is a great place where you come work and relax. Enjoying the phenomenal views of kigali near Radisson Blue hotel and Kigali Business center. Plus they have great coffee!

Poor customer service!!. We did not see our server for the entire meal yet we had told him we would want to order dessert when he took our order. When he finally showed up and we ordered our dessert, it took forever to get it. We had to search for another server to ask him to check on our order. Have them hold the cheese, and JH if your monitoring this please switch back to decent cheese and if your out of good cheese, let people know so they can have the cheese held !!!

The worst service I've ever encountered in my life. I usually don't like to give reviews but I was strongly disappointed by the services. The food quality especially on burgers(cheese burger and beef burger the buy one get on free offer) is the poorest in the whole of Kigali. Obviously, we as customers we want the best but what we received was a huge mess and disappointment. I'm speechless better improve your services and food quality. In my vantage point, I recommend each and every one to find another place to chill with friends and family not Java 😊

It was a Sunday, we had to chase for the menu, food took long, came cold and the presentation was appalling. Bread placed on the eggs, a miserable slice of cucumber. Had to request for the condiments. Bill took forever. Please up your service and presentation game. I think you have potential.😊
