An absolutely amazing place with great food and an outstanding service, Bistro is an ideal place to have some good food in Kigali. I went there two days in a row, and on both days, the experience was awesome. Their sizzler dishes are superb, and the tum yom soup was full of chicken. They have a special offer on Tuesdays where you roll a dice at the end of your meal, and you will get ten times the percent of the number drawn on the bill.

A great evening out. Had ginger chicken and mashed potatoes 🥔 😋 and my date had bbq grilled chicken with 🍚. All was yummy. Ythe views are breathtaking! A great place for an easy cozy date with view of Kigali at night

The fish piccata I had was really good. So good that I have no images to documenting it, lol. Not sure what rock I was living under, but I hadn’t heard of this place before coming here for a nice, solo lunch. It was very breezy and the service was great. I’ll definitely return.

I am actually biased as I write this review. The Bistro is a rooftop open air restaurant. With great views of Kigali. I like sitting there in the outdoor, enjoying lovely meals, and overlooking the hills and greenery of Kigali. The food, while not cheap, is very good value of money, tasty and filling. Service is great, pleasant, fast, and very friendly without being overly familiar. It is a great place at any time. However, a balmy Sunday afternoon is perfect 👌

Food was good, especially for a place with such a view of the city. The restaurant music was kind of loud. The staff didn't speak much English.

Bistro @ Urban hotel is ALWAYS GREAT! Menu, service, & venue! On Tuesday its even BETTER! When finished they bring you your bill AND 1 dice! You roll it, multiply x 10 and that is THE PERCENTAGE DISCOUNT you get!! This last Tuesday my wife rolled 4 ... FULL 40% DISCOUNT ON THE ENTIRE BILL INCLUDING ALCOHOL!!! 🙂😎

Good food with a nice view!

Nice sit down restaurant with incredible service and a wide range of food choices and wine/ drink options. The tenderloin steak with chocolate sauce was very delicious. I’ve been here twice for dinner would 100% recommend. Prices are great as well, the atmosphere is nice with great music playing at a reasonable volume. Great for date night or group outings. Has two pages of vegetarian options.

The Bistro is located on the top floor of the Urban boutique hotel, with a nice view over the city. The services was very attentive and the food good (as I was with an office group, we had a buffet). I particularly liked the fresh salads! The stairs leading up to the restaurant are full of art, and the building overall feels very cozy, also as it is relatively small. Will be back!

Loved the views. A bit uncomfortable with the open railings especially with small kids but otherwise a hit with food and service.

The staff are really polite. The food was very tasty. Great restaurant in kiyovu Kigali. Prices are quite reasonable and food well prepared. I can't possibly finish this...

There Portuguese steak is something my taste bud didn't get a match for and also push it down with Bistro haven dessert. Trust me you won't regret the time spent there.

Food is pretty average. Place is quite noisy with lour music and many people taking.

The Bistro was another interesting experience whilst exploring Kigali's restaurant scene. It was a nice relaxed terrace restaurant. The ambiance was everything and the customer service did not compliment the look. I ordered one of the sizzlers hot plate option and another person ordered the Salmon. This was also the only restaurant I went that offered mashed potatoes. The hot plate steamed off majority of the sauce which could have been much. Customer service was poor we waited for so long. The meal was already but I will recommend more for the ambiance.
