Terrible service. Terrible management work there. Debit machines don't work. The worst part was the manager telling his employee to close the gates so we can't go home until we find another way to pay. What other way? I thought I could pay with my card! Momo? I'm not from here, I don't know how that works I felt imprisoned. I'll never go back. Don't go there. There are better places in the area that respect you as a client

New Bel Air, mostly frequented by the Urban upper middle Class in Kigali no matter the age? Known for a very good view especially at sunset! Low music to wrap the day. Good prices! Nice waitry and waitresses

The staff are so lazy, they do a jokes around. I remember one incident when we called them to serve us, they could point to each other like saying, you have to go and serve, but really, we customers, we don't want to see that. There is a deficiency of professionalism amongst the staff. It is a shame for a nice place like that to see staff not being serious.
