Wonderful garden and tasty food, the best mix of Rwanda and France. The service is fantastic, nice customers and delicate cuisine.

I have been here many times, however I forgot to post my reviews. Had dinner yesterday and the food and service was very good as it has always been. Please check "deliciouskigali" on Instagram for detailed reviews of dishes I tried earlier from L'Epicurien.

A bit expensive, but this is a go to restaurant if you want to meet someone in a quiet place such as on a date. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. WiFi connection is available but don't expect high speed downloads. Will go back.

Really good restaurant, a bit pricy, but excellent price-performance-ratio. The waiters are friendly. The garden is very beautiful, you can sit in atmospherically illuminated small gazebos. The terrace and the inside of the restaurant are also nicely decorated. Have been there quite often now and never left disappointed. The lunch option is worth mentioning too, you get entre, main course and desert for a really fair price. Very recommendable.

Some of the best French food I've had outside of France! I love the way they combine local food staples (e.g. tilapia, Nile perch, local vegetables, etc.) with classic French cuisine. I had the fillet of tilapia and was completely blown away! For Kigali, prices are on the higher end, but considering how rare such high quality French food is, it is a total must-go if you have a craving for Western food while in Kigali.

Food was meh for the price paid. My vegetables looked detonated. It was limpy, wilted and lack-lustre. I wish the wine came together with the food. Bu the time my fish arrived, my wine was already warm. I like the breads though. Its one of the better hard dinner rolls I had in Kigali, but I would have loved it more if it was crustier. I hope the restaurant improves on that. Service was okay, but food came slow

An authentic French restaurant in a quiet neighborhood in Kigali. This is slightly more expensive than some other restaurants in Kigali, but is quiet, with a beautiful garden (even at night), and you will have a romantic dinner in their grounds. Start with an enjoyable cocktail, including an eponymous concoction which is delicious. Starters include both frogs legs and snails. Entrees include steaks, chicken, and pork loin. Chateaubriand, vegetarian options, and more. Make sure you save enough room for a delicious desert! The wine list is 100% French wine. Slightly disappointed not to have a Champagne by the glass, but the selections were delicious.

I had tilapia and dauphinoise potatoes with a lemon and garlic sauce. The potatoes and sauce were so good. The service was excellent as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quite place to have lunch or dinner

Tasty as a tasty thing. Reignited my passion for deserts with the fabulous chocolate mouse. Incredibly impressed also with staff discipline- you won't find staff sitting around on their phones but instead will be Incredibly attentive and helpful. Why did I only find this gem towards the end of my stay in Rwanda.

Very very good restaurant. Seating either in the garden or inside. Very quick and attentive service. Food ordered was served within 10 minutes of ordering, with absolutely no hazzle at all!

Nice restaurant with great service and good food!

This place has an old authentic French restaurant vibe, which some may like but others seeking a lively atmosphere may not. It was completely devoid of other diners. My steak wasn't cooked to Medium Rare as requested, and was quite tough! The French Onion Soup was very good, as was the salmon, and fish. The pork chops were also a little tough.

One of Kigali nice restaurants, had simple food menu , but it’s really good. Prices are reasonable and has a breathtaking backyard

Amazing food, it came in timely, regardless of the fact that we were there late, with curfew and stuff. Thanks to the staff for a lovely evening.

The food is very good and so is the service. I ordered for something that was not on the menu and the waiter somehow dismissed my request. Apart from this the food was well cooked and the restaurant maintains high standards.

Laid back ambience, garden setup, lovely food, well presented. Tried the horse steak for the first time and it was great actually. Medium rare. Chose the side of Dauphinoise potatoes and they were awesome. For dessert had Crepe Suzette complete with flambé of Grand Marnier at the table.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Kigali (Kimihurura), Atmosphere is chill and amazing but the staff is also amazing I highly recommend this place it's better as well for some events (Birthdays, Engagements,..) I would like to come back here again and again #Amazed 👌

Good service and great food. It's trying to be a fine dining restaurant, and the food is also primarily exotic. The prices are high, but there is effort put into each dish. Somewhere you would go for a special occasion. They used to have grilled duck breast in passion reduction some years ago on the menu. I wish they brought it back as it was so good.
