Great food!!! Amazing staff very friendly. Came with a large group and we got our food quickly and everyone was pleased with the food. They make fresh mayonnaise and ketchup and among other sauces. Definitely have to eat here again!!!

We eat here and get take away regularly. My kids really like it. Burgers are good and prices reasonable. Pizza is great also. Good variety of food and the wait staff has always been helpful.

I absolutely love their crispy chicken and fish burgers. They've turned it into an art form. And the owner, Paul, is on another level. VubaVuba kept messing up my order - he found out and delivered it himself! Incredible customer service. These guys rock 🤘

This place is SOO good. They have authentic American style food like burgers, pizza, and wings. The pizza is made with real mozzarella cheese which is hard to come by in Kigali. The burgers are fresh and super delicious. The wings are seasoned to perfection along with a BBQ sauce that will have you licking all your fingers… and toes! 😆 You don't have to wait an hour to get your food. The food comes out super fast. The service is fairly good and the owner is there almost everyday. He takes special care of his guests and makes sure everything is in tip top shape.

Mr. Chips is one of those standby location to eat. Every-time I am in Rwanda we must eat there at least once. Great chicken, burgers, and pizza. Paul and his team do a great job.

While the original location wasn't bad, this is a massive improvement. Better parking, more seating, and it is just overall bigger. The quality of the food has not taken a hit either. It is still the same high quality I expect from this restaurant. They have also added some new menu items, notably more desserts. I have not tried the apple pie yet, but the Ice Cream Sandwich was pretty good. The prices are also very fair, considering how much food you get with each meal. I highly recommend checking Mr. Chips out if you haven't! Definitely my favorite restaurant in Kigali.

I love Mr Chips! The food is top notch, the service is great and the environment is perfect for a family light lunch or a hangout with friends. I recommend the fish nuggets and tartar sauce. The fries are crispy and divine. This is obviously one of my favorite places in Kigali.

My wife and I are both chefs and when we are craving North American style food fast food Mr Chips is the place to go …for those who know it’s like in and out burger inCalifornia or Shake Shake in New York, fast food done right using only the freshest ingredients and many special touches that most fast food places ignore. A food burger is a thing of beauty and so delicious when done right …Their fries are thin and CRISPY made from the top quality kinigi potatoes …the chicken wings are plump and tender yet always crispy and well coated with a homemade BBQ sauce. The owner Paul has the experience and has empowered and trained his fabulous friendly and efficient Rwandan staff so that the quality and consistency is always there. This is fast food done at the right pace but most importantly with lots of attention to detail that makes it a pleasure to dine there everytime. Best of its kind in Kigali. ! Ps some foods don’t travel well for take out no matter what so if you order fries dining in they are perfection. But upon delivery they may not be as good reheated. That’s just basic food procedures Awesome staff awesome owner They remember us even if we come back after 2 -3 monthes (we live up North in Musanze)

The food here is absolutely brilliant. The grilled chicken is a must have. I've tried dishes that aren't chicken and they are also a worth the effort. Might slow down a bit when it's busy, but you won't be disappointed when you get the food.

I love Mr. Chips! If I could eat a jumbo hotdog for every meal, I would. The chips and salads are also excellent and they give you plenty of ketchup and mayo. Great service. I can't compliment it enough.

The waitress was very pleasant. My order was taken right away. The hamburger was okay. The fries were very good and hot. We have a loong wait but the waitress apologized and it was fine.

If you are looking for good food in Kigali, you just found it ! Mr Chips is located in front of the MTN Centre, with a nice outside tables to chill and grab some beers, while waiting for your food! The hamburgers with fries are delicious, but pizzas are a good option to order too. They have both large and mini pizza (which is also large). Also, you have the option for sandwiches too. Paul is a Canadian owner, very friendly! Definitely an amazing restaurant in Kigali

Worst customer service. Tried to place an order on the phone. Lady stated she did not speak English well. Kept repeating cheese pizzas and she stated no delivery and hang up after I was asking about pickup and vuba vuba.

This is our go to place to relax. Good food, nice staff, clean. We love burgers, beef & lamb gyros and the apple pie.
