One of the best restaurants that offer the African cuisine in Kigali. One note: the restaurant has moved to a nearby place a few meters close to Repub Lounge. There's no menu here - just go and treat yourself to a full buffet of potatoes, rice, green beans etc. Highly recommended.

Very tasty Rwandan buffet lunch, nice garden to sit in. I recommend. I especially liked the banana mash and the peanut sauce.

The buffet was tasty. Service very eager to help you. It is a quiet place and they do offer good food at good prices. My only issue was the bathroom, there was no water to wash hands, there was just a bucket of water without a proper way to use it. Maybe they can work on this. We will be back for sure in the future.

Great place to heat some authentic Rwanda food in Kigali

I am in love with this place and it's food! I wish I had found it earlier! Delicious authentic Rwandan cuisine! Great meat and vege/vegan options too! The presentation of the buffet is unique. They use very beautiful vessels/pots to keep the flavours and food warm; no wonder why you will keep coming up for more! And on top of that it's super good value!! What's not to love!

Good option for local cuisine. 3500 for a buffet that includes plenty of options for vegetarians. Fresh fruit for dessert and fresh salad available to accompany your meal. Would recommend although I believe there are cheaper options out there... nice outdoor area with view of city. Staff are friendly and chilled Edit- do not bother going after 2pm. Not much food left!

Very tasty traditional African food (including pilau, yams, sweet potato, beans, matoke, peanut sauce and beef stew) at a very affordable price. I highly recommend the lunch buffet especially if you are short on time or a tight budget.

I walked across town looking forward to finally eating some authentic Rwandan food but it was closed. I was told they are closed now. I would check first before traveling across town.

Great Rwandan local food restaurant

One of my very favorite places to eat in Kigali. Every time I go there I dine at AB. The buffet is not extensive as most westerners expect, but they always have a couple stewlike dishes, basic salad, chapati, and rice that would make for a vast meal. Not into buffet, they also have a menu. Have not yet tried the last option, but could guess you find options for everyone. If it's not raining we'll sit outside and have a Primus (beer).
