Small cafe right next to Kigali public library. Healthy selection of food - smoothies, a range of healthy breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, and coffee. Outdoor seating is cool and shaded, but right next to the main road so can get loud when there is traffic. Indoor seating is cool, blend of bar stools and one large table. Outlets (European two prong) available if you'd like to work. Take cash and card. We had the California toast ( humus, avo, tomatoes, and cumin/black pepper) and a green smoothie (avo, kale, pineapple). Both were delicious. 1500 rwf for toast, 2k for the smoothie

Strawberry + goat cheese salad is my favorite! Caesar salad is a close second! It's a hidden gem next to the Kayciru public library (opp. US Embassy), and fastest delivery I've found in Kigali.

Nice place with a wonderful view to the hills behind Kicukiro. They have a good selection of green food, a rare finding in Kigali. Prices are fair, portions are small though. The owners were not welcoming at all. They function with a bare minimum staff where my waitress was also my cook at the same time and service was awful. They don't have generators and with a power cut I couldn't get my coffee at all.

Kind of a hidden spot. It’s located right behind the gas station. Sometimes it’s a funny view seeing construction workers take a shower right outside 😂 They have a great selection of salads and their hummus and guacamole are 🔝🔝🔝. Also if you like soups, go for the lentil soup.

With limited items on the menu, the food is absolutely brilliant. You'd find yourself here, often... but the food wouldn't bore you.

I used to really like the place and their snacks and coffee. Just went back for the first time over a year and it’s a pity to see that most things haven’t improved. The area behind the counter still looks quite messy and not super clean, the bathroom still lacks paper towels and soap was weirdly put in a food container, the banana espresso smoothie didn’t come with peanut butter because they didn’t have any (every small shop in the area has peanut butter..). The place has such a lovely menu and design as well as potential!! and it’s such a pity that all these little negative aspects just add up.

If you're going to charge Western prices, then I'm going to expect food that meets Western standards. What is the point of having such fine presentation when the flavours aren't completely there? And when something actually does taste good, it is served in minuscule portions. Simulacra of fine dining is what this is. Your complimentary ginger and carrot soup isn't going to impress anyone. The setting is fine, although there are better views in Kigali.

Menus shows discounts but there is not discount. Kind of deceiving. Check photo for reference. Internet is good.

Tiny servings at huge prices! 5 of us went out for dinner, but not all of us ate because we were so appalled at the prices. In the end, 3 dinners + a glass of wine, 2 mocktails, 2 ginger ales and 2 desserts came to 150,000 FRw, and all 5 of us left starving -we ate leftovers at home right afterward. This includes us having to negotiate on the price of the mocktails, which insistedly came at full price until we kept pushing that you can't charge us for alcohol if there wasn't any in the drink. On top of this, the food was mediocre at best. Total disappointment, and will definitely never go back again.

Nice little place for fresh salads sandwiches and good coffee. Not very expensive too and great smoothies. Toilet is a bit hard to find and could do with an upgrade.

This place is incredible. Super fast internet, friendly staff and A M A Z I N G food. The options are different from what we find everywhere else. The food is home made, delicious and healthy. Parking was an added bonus. Plenty of space.

Turambe works well for deliveries but eating in the restaurant at the new venue was an unpleasant experience: the guards have a terrible attitude and parking is not well organised; customer service is unpleasant (they don't notify you that you can only pay cash/momo before ordering, don't explain the menu) and there is no customer service attitude (no smiles, no welcome, need to ask for basics such as salt). The menus is limited for vegetarians and the salad composition is not ideal (e.g. no proteins or seeds that can be added even at an extra price). Works for delivery but not recommended for dining in the restaurant.

This is the incredibly beautiful poolside restaurant at the equally great Retreat Hotel in Kigali. The food was fresh, inventive, and eclectic, mixing Indian flavors with traditional Rwandese and continental cuisine. The setting is perfection: warm and breezy, looking out over the twinkling lights of Kigali, flowers and candles everywhere. The cocktails are delicious. We brought our middle-school kids, who were warmly welcomed, but you could just as easily bring a date. Make a reservation, because it fills up quickly!

I used to come here and love the place However the last 3 experiences were terrible: - there is no milk or it is sour so no cortado, cappuccino or anything else which needs milk - no yoghurt for a week - lack of other ingredients I believe the owner lost interest in the business as it lacks supervision Sad!

Stellar restaurant: excellent kitchen, inventive menus, gorgeous setting, friendly and attentive service. No place like it in Kigali. Fave dish is the shakshuka for breakfast; for dinner, the lamb burger.

Hands down the most upscale restaurant in Kigali. I came here for dinner with my friends and we had a great time. I really love how knowledgeable the waitstaff was about their best cocktails and most ordered dishes. On top of that, the location is so beautiful! Either inside or out next to the pool there is a romantic glow to this location that makes you feel like you are in a dream. I definitely recommend this place for any size of party, as the staff are quite accommodating to your needs if you give them enough time. Overall 10/10 experience. I can't wait to go back!

They were good until they were not good. I literally ordered from this place everyday, because of my work schedule I don't have time to cook so I order EVERYDAY. For the pass two weeks they don't include items I ordered and blatantly don't make the items I ordered correctly. I ordered their salsas and loved it.. well that lasted for two days as on my 3 order they literally put tobacco sauce and mixed it with water. When I called to enquiry about this they said they changed the recipe. So I guess changing the recipe means taking everything out of It. I've literally had enough of giving them my money for them to mess over my food and not include items I've paid for.

We came here for appetizers and drinks. The shrimp rolls were great and so are the smoothies. Would highly recommend Fusion for any traveler in Kigali who likes living the good life.

Good service, nice decor, relaxing environment, next to pool and different seating choices. Food was ok. The waiter was soft spoken so I couldn't hear him well. Creamy soup was good but tiny serving. The salad was weirdly decorated, confusing to eat and no idea what mixes with what but does play with many parts of your taste buds. The duck was decent, sauce does not help with the duck flavour and the duck didn't have enough fats to properly flavour the meat but it was tender enough for the most part. Price is above average.

I am going to disagree with many of the amazing reviews and put out the controversial statement that Fusion is just okay. I had some of the slowest service we experienced in Rwanda here. Asking for small things, like a bottle of water, turned into 30 minute waits. Yes, it’s beautiful, and yes the food is good. But I guess I had bought into the hype and expected more from my dining experience.

Great coffee, fresh juices and food was fresh. Everything I’ve eaten here is healthy and incredibly flavorful. The staff told us what they were out of right away. Were always able to pay with credit card. The outside is peaceful and plenty of space for kids to run around. Parking was spacious. We love this place.
