Preet
is
a
small
restaurant
with
about
15
people
seating
capacity.
It
is
centrally
located
(parallel
road
to
bank
of
kigali,
HO)
and
unlike
other
reviewers,
I
did
not
find
this
place
too
difficult
to
locate,
using
google
maps
I
was
able
to
locate
this
place
effortlessly.
This
is
a
pure
vegetarian
indian
restaurant
(probably
only
one
in
kigali
or
could
be
rwanda
too!).
The
restaurant
has
mostly
north
indian
and
gujarati
items
on
the
menu,
clean
and
hygienically
prepared,
all
the
days
my
lunch
was
delivered
to
my
office
from
here
only,
as
my
trip
was
long.
The
tea
from
here
(I
have
to
mention
this),
please
don't
leave
kigali
without
having
the
tea
from
this
place,
the
tea
is
so
good
that
you
may
rethink
of
going
back
home,
that
good
it
is.
Coming
to
tastes
of
all
the
menu
items,
the
spice
levels
are
little
low
to
suit
the
local
palate,
though
indians
might
prefer
a
bit
higher
levels
of
spice.
The
restaurant
also
sells
many
other
indian
grocery
items
for
the
expat
indians
living
there.
The
owner
of
the
restaurant
Mr
Vipul
is
a
very
very
good
guy
and
generous
too.
Very
good
heart
he
has,
you
might
feel
going
back
to
the
restaurant
due
to
his
goodness
itself.
Coming
to
pricing
part,
the
restaurant
is
very
very
easy
on
pocket/purse.
All
the
items
are
priced
affordably.
Lot
of
local
africans
eat
there,
liking
our
indian
food.
The
thali
consists
of
five
rotis/parathas,
a
bowl
of
rice
,
curds,
pickles
and
guess
how
many
side
dishes.......
4
of
them.....unimaginable
even
in
india......
The
jilabis,
which
are
made
there,
we
don't
get
that
even
in
india.
I
started
feeling
like
going
to
Kigali,
just
for
the
food
and
jilebi.
Mr
Vipul
gets
lots
of
catering
orders
too
and
hence
he
is
extremely
busy
man.
All
his
delivery
boys
are
very
well
behaved
and
very
polite.
If
you
are
not
bothered
about
ambience,
then
g
for
this
place.
But
if
you
are
looking
for
a
very
fancy
place
to
take
your
partner
for
a
celebration
etc.,
no...this
one
is
very
small,
but
you
may
order
from
here
to
your
home
and
enjoy
the
spread.
