They serve good food in good time, which is relatively unique in Kigali. Nice staff too!

It's a bit hit and miss here at Fat Mama's (where did that name come from?). Mostly the Dosai are crisp and really well done (I lived in India before, so I know how they should taste), sometimes it looks like the Indian chef has left and someone else is cooking. You don't go here for the ambiance, but for the food.

I had heard good reviews so I went. But I think it’s decent, worth the price you are paying. In terms of what’s good; maybe ye starters. I had papri chat which was tasty. But maybe avoid South Indian. Overall okay place, can bring family and if you are keen on Indian food. Covid-19 abs curfew restrictions might be one of the reasons why it was empty. The view however from the first floor is pretty nice.

Don't you book a room here. They are having a lot of fake pictures on internet. I slept with a pool of water in my room and the humidity is asthma provocative... see attached what they don't show. Very dirty and they denied refunding. They don't deserve a star. Don't go here!!!

All kinds of juice is there@ mango Lassi, rose Lassi , sweet Lassi, salted lassi,.mango juice. Passion. Tree tomato. Watermelon, .........and all kinds of Milkshake chocolates, vanilla mango ......

I have been to kigali in May 18 , i loved to eat a pure indian vegetarian , its just a true veg food . They serve with lots of love. I suggest must try . Thanks for being here for us.

Amazing vegetarian dishes. Affordable with generous servings. "Fat Mama" is a wonderful host herself. The service and restaurant set-up is just okay, but all things considered it is a wonderful place.

Food was delicous!!!! Highly recommend to anyone who like indian food. I came with friends to this location multiple times and it was delicious everyone loved the food. Food takes awhile but thats likely because they make everything fresh.

Fantastic southern Indian food. Vegetarian and realitively inexpensive. Anju is a delightful host and the kitchen does great home delivery service . Best cashew curry for a long time. Vegetable cutlets to die for too.
