The food is good and the portions are generous (I went with my family we were 5 people and we couldn't finish all the food) the customer service is very nice and friendly. Is small place but is still ok for family.

I went there because they said there's buffet of 6000 RwF. I naturally helped myself to multiple servings of their mutton. Then after scooping it onto my plate, they said I will be charged additionally because of the amount of meat I took. It is outrageous! I had to pay 3000 RwF more. And I felt this was an arbitrary amount given that nowhere was it stated that taking additional servings at a buffet would cost me more. 🤯 Also, there is nothing Indonesian about the spread apart from Nasi Himpit and kuah kacang. The sayur masak lemak gravy looked really diluted, I didn't even bother. The tofu is severely dehydrated and hard. It was as though it was nuked. The sambal was shockingly bitter. The satay looked like a brochette more than what I remember it to be.

DELICIOUS!! The veggie spring rolls and peanut sauce might be the best thing ever tasted.

Delicious, spicy, Indonesian food with my first time trying tempe and a brightly lit friendly environment. I've never been to Indonesia but I've spent a lot of time in the region and it made me feel the joy of traveling.

An okay place to grab Asian food in Kigali. In addition to Indonesian inspired cuisine they also serve Chinese and Indian dishes. The portion sizes are quite hearty so it is best to come with a big appetite. I had the chicken fried rice on my last visit and I found it somewhat mediocre taste wise. The restaurant decor is furthermore a bit dated and the menus are slightly worn looking.

This may be some of the best food I've eaten in Kigali. Absolutely delicious and great service. Had the Nasi Goreng with chicken, Gado gado (so so so good!) and some fried tempe (also amazing!!). This place is also incredibly affordable and has very large portions. I will also note that I had heard that it takes a while for the food to come out, but it was super quick when I was there. :)

I had first visited them at their old place a few years ago, since then till date we have been ordering takeout regularly and having their buffer once in a while. I went to the buffet after a long time. I would say that they have the best value for money buffet in Kigali that is "different". What I mean is that most affordable buffet places serve standard Rwandan lunches. Their buffet for 5500 (all you can ear without wasting including soda) has a variety of flavours that are not common in this price range. The price is higher than a standard middle class everyday lunch spot in Kigali, but I would not mind paying this once in a while as it is very cheap for an East Asian style buffet, which is not available at any price range for that matter. You do have restaurants that serve east Asian food( not Balinese food but Thai, Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese and so on), but none of them has a buffet, and all of them are more expensive. This restaurant is not just affordable, the food is very good too. I regularly order fresh tofu from them online. Their doughnuts are also good lucky that they are not glazed else; I would have put on a few kilos.

Only had a couple of dishes. Saté Ayam which are chicken brochettes with thick sweet peanut sauce. A starter or good for a small eater. Noodles with shrimps and a coconut curry. Good enough but I missed that punch to say I had a great meal. It would have been nice if they had an Indonesian rice table menu which includes most of their dishes so you can get acquainted with what they have to offer. They have an Indonesian buffet for 6500 rwf for lunch. Maybe that is an option. Great service. And if you like killer sambal…haha.

This place is great for vegetarians. If it existed in Seattle I would eat there. The dry spicy tofu and gado gado were both winners.

Excellent nasi goreng, it's a simple dish, but an excellent one. A nearly perfect copy of what I would have in Sumatra as a breakfast.

Lunch buffet at 7.5k, all meal was really tasteful. I really enjoy this moment, it’s not complicated to reach the restaurant by motorbikes. The toilet was correct but they should made a little facelift.

An unassuming place with very friendly staff and delicious food. We had several vegetarian options. The dishes are big, and tasty (they can bring spicy sauce on the side). Only the nasi goreng was missing some of its signature spices

As Alex Lim said below, there is a limit of ONE portion of meat per person during their buffet lunch. I took one piece of meat and when I try to take a second one, the waiter said he would charge me extra. Don't call it a "buffet" if you're gonna charge clients extra $$$ for meat! Also nowhere is this policy written for clients to know, so I consider their "buffet lunch" misleading.

Order beef noodles which had no flavour at all no spices. Mushroom rice which was the same. Spicy eggplant that had no chillies at all and tasted like nothing. Service was not good i had to wait until they brought the food before I got my drink (black ice tea). The setting was really nice and can imagine a good atmosphere when busy. The price was good if the food wasn't bad. Overall entirely disappointing from what appears to be great reviews.

This is a great place to go for lunch. Never been there for dinner, but the lunch buffet is very good, fast, tasty, and uniformly appealing.

👍👍 AMAZING RESTAURANT IN KIGALI! Reminds me of Chipotle back in the States. Such high quality food and taste at a amazing price. The average meal is only around $6 for a fantastic burrito. The view is also great from their upstairs area. Will definitely be back!
