It's so nice to me

Very nice hotel and friendly staffs, this hotel offer free SPA, Pool and gym room to their guests, but if you are not guest you can even pay and enjoy it, nice cuisine from local to international, enough parking in their two building separated by KN 54 street, i like and respect the owner as he is Polite to all people regardless their look, Nice food taste, romantic place with healthy athmosphere

A beautiful hotel with good accommodation facilities and relaxing space. But I must say, a very expensive hotel.

This is quite place with a great Wi-Fi connection and a swimming pool to pull your day to a beautiful end.

I have stayed in this place many times on business trips (that was not my choosing), and I would not recommend it. Starting with shuttle, which is very often late, or simply not arriving, later through mess in the reception, pretty worn rooms and finally the food. The food is gradually getting worse over last couple of years. I tried almost all they have in the menu and was disappointed every time. It is much better to get a cab and ask driver to take you to the nice restaurant. bottom line is that it may be not too bad for overnight stays, but nothing else. If you travel in the morning talk to the reception multiple times to arrange shuttle, or just get a local driver for $10.

It is a good place with good houses which looks like old and it is to calm but high prices

I stayed for 6 Nights mid November 2018 because Chez Lando was fully booked due to a international conference. The room was ok, tiny but clean. Bathroom acceptable except for the shower. Just enough water to wash my hair came out of it. Breakfast... Not really noteworthy. Just fruits, cornflakes, toast. One juice, one jam. Coffee, tea. Oh and you could order an omelette.

It's a beautiful hotel. We had reserved as a group to spend three nights in Kigali, on arriving the manager decided to increase the amount from the initial agreement. We decided to check in another hotel which was way better and affordable

Stipp hotels kiyovu is located in Nyarugenge district it is a good hotel with good services and customer care !
