Great food but awful service. All the contact numbers I find on the internet do not work. How is someone supposed to reach them if there's no way to contact them? Restaurant service is also poor and long as your order will have to wait until all the Chinese customers are treated first.

Liked the food, hated the service. The server didn't want to take our drink order. Our food was cold. I was told (in Kinyarwanda) it's because there were a lot of Chinese clients that day. We were treated as secondhand clients

D Mall is a classy Chinese hotel combined with a restaurant and Chinese grocery shop.one can find interesting Chinese goods like moon cakes (seasonal), fresh noodles, instant noodles, variety of seafood in this shop. As for the restaurant, the food is amazing though a bit pricey. They also have an extensive Sunday breakfast for just 6000 RWF ( Approx. $7) till 10 am. Service has improved by far due to better wait staff. There is a little lack in cleanliness but to their credit they had a very big group before us. Huge change to the positive. Even though the management seem aloof the experience was fine. I would go again especially for thier live imported crabs. Prices are high but what you get for it is worth it. The management has a don't care attitude which makes the whole experience worse. I would avoid it if it's my choice.

Clean and has a good view from the outdoor dining space. Service was poor. It was too slow. We waited for 1hr 30mins to get our food.

It is very popular place in Nyarutarama. They have super-market and also have a chinese restaurant. I have been there twice and the taste of food is okay. I spent four years in China so I will not say that the taste was authentic Chinese.

Comfortable Hotel with Nice Views Rooms well appointed, soft beds, drink station, fridge, air conditioning etc. Very clean as this is a new Hotel and wel kept. Store next door is very handy and hotel is central location on nice road. Eric the manager and the whole staff took very good care of us. Food was very nice but mostly Chinese with some international dishes.
