An international airport of Rwanda is one of the best in Africa,I'm talking about security kept high with a lots of services and well trained people to serve you.WiFi is free,parking is a lot better

Small secure terminal with several duty free shops and an excellent business lounge. Easy access with good coffee shops both outside arrivals and after clearing departure formalities. A word of warning you will not be able to get back outside once entering through check-in security.

Very well maintained airport, i can say this is one of the best airport in Africa. The officers are very professional, respectful and helpful. There's is element of any expectation for money or thought to provide inconvenience to the passenger. Immigration process is smooth and they also provide additional information about East Africa Visa. I could give USD 100 note and get back the exact change. Many countries should learn from Rwanda

Kigali international airport is one of the best airport in Africa. Its safe and has secure environment and fast service. Beware that if you bring a car, you will have to pay 3000 thousand Rwandan francs each time you use the airport parking. If you don't have a car you will only be allowed to enter from different entrance for feet only. You can bring a camera but you will checked differently at check point and you will not be allowed to take pictures anywhere at the airport.

The airport staff are great and their service delivery is top quality. The duty free is only for departures and it is NOT DUTY FREE, the prices are way more expensive inside the airport compared to in town. It is a joke to call this a "duty free" when you pay more. For the smokers, there are no smoking rooms inside the airport. So please smoke before you enter to check in. I can't believe they don't have a smoking room, there is space to make one. All airports should have a smoking room, even if it is just big enough for 5 people at a time. Transit passangers spend hours without smoking and when they get to the transit airport and can't smoke will make them think twice about flying via that airport again.

A very small airport which is nice because you can't get lost. However a new security procedure has been established when driving in the car which takes a long time to get through so be there in good time. Inside the airport you are always asked to take of your shoes when going through the security check so make sure to take shoes that are easy to take on and of;) And when you need the Visa it can take a long time if your are not one of the first. Make sure to have exactly 30 dollars, the place where you are staying, the name and number of the person where you are staying or who you have been in contact with, and at last your return date:)

Come and Visit Rwanda. Here you will experience a high level of service and get a visa to enter Rwanda here. But remember to not come with plastic bags it's prohibited in Rwanda
