The Kingfisher Resort is the perfect place to rest for cyclists like me, i was welcomed by the manager who speaks a fluent French , and was available and concerned by our well being 🇫🇷 👍🏼 The staff was very friendly ! The whole place is clean and the bed was very comfortable, falling asleep with the songs from the frogs was a nice experience. The food was very good although the delay to get it was insanely long, which is unfortunately not specific to this place. I definitely recommend to stop there.

Really good place to hang out with your family or friends. The pool is not very big but you can still have fun. But I really recomand to bring your own swim suit and towel The food is really good, especially the barbecue (like we all like it) and affordable. You can ride a boat. And the view is amazing (so great picture), you have lake Muhazi just in front of you (but attention you mustn't not swim in it). It just an hours and half outside of Kigali, so great for a little trip with freind and family. Really recommend!!

Long drive, bad road, but you can take another road and use a boat to rich the restourant. Good food, especialy bbq fish! Beer cold, view nice perfect for short trip on weekend ;)

Kingfisher does a great job of hosting diners in big groups who want a lot of music and fun, and those wanting to enjoy this beautiful and calm view. It’s a large space! It was quite busy when I visited with a friend. However, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Food took about 30-40 minutes, which seemed reasonable giving the number of persons there. Also the view you get to look at is quite stunning! I would say that the restroom facilities need work. I had to choose between latrines or toilets where the doors didn’t close... Overall a good experience. I’ll definitely return, with an empty bladder this time :P

A nice and clean place for family relaxation and fun. They have good food, children's playground, a volleyball court and the boat rides were fun. I, my friends and my kids loved it.

I have been visiting this place regularly since 2017. unbelievable how this place has changed in the last two years. very bad service, waiting three hours for the food. too loud music. only drunk people. a lot of dirt in the area. it has come to a party zone. unfortunately that was the last visit to you yesterday

We had a very great stay here in this hotel. The wifi is not so good but that isn’t bad. So you have more time to enjoy the pool and look to the beautiful birds. Wonderful place for adventure peoples

Beautiful view of the lake marred by loud music, slow and poor service. Also for a restaurant that supposedly specialises in fish, their take on the grilled tilapia is disappointing. Their technique essentially consists of burning the fish until there is absolutely no flavour left. Very expensive for what it is.

A place out side of Kigali to go for a weekend and relax by enjoying best view and nice atmosphere.
