    The Airplane of all time, service is proffessional, you cannot lost your belonging forgotten in airplane, they keep it for you and given back, good plane and good meal on board.

    Paid 1hr flight for $350. Flight got delayed for 6hrs with no heads up and none of refreshments nor hotel was provided

    The worst airline we've ever used. During the check-in for the connecting flight Dubai-Kigali, we were not registered, because our tickets were cancelled for no reason by this airline, but the flight was not canceled and other passengers flew away. Calls and emails are not answered. We spent a day in the transit zone before an airport employee contacted them and rebooked the tickets. When we boarded the plane it was very hot and stuffy. I felt sick and I asked the flight attendants to measure my blood pressure, but they said they did not have a blood pressure monitor and they were unable to provide basic medical care. The toilet is dirty and there is no paper. The food was not bad, but for the whole flight we were given only 100 grams of drinking water, if you want more you have to buy. Upon arrival, we found out that our luggage was left in Dubai and not only ours. Only a week later we received the luggage.

    I could give negative stars if I could. Our bags did not arrive at arrival. When they brought to hotel the next day mine was cut from trying to be opened and my mother's lock was broken and a dress was stolen. The airline Representative was exceptionally disrespectful, rude and without sympathy. I have spread the word to my family & friends I'm Europe and the U.S. We will never fly this airlines again.

    Terrible experience!! The people at the front desk have NO smile, they are also rolling their eyes and giving attitude the moment you just seat in front of them!! The customer service is rude and badly organized (every email is answered by someone different). They give unclear and incomplete information and blame you for not understanding!! It has been the worse customer experience for about 2 months to finally get a refund (also had to accept taking cash even though they said it was going to be bank transfer!!!). The customer service and people at the front desk are giving such a bad image I'm sorry for your company. You should consider reviewing your customer service process and hire POLITE people AT LEAST.

    After our group was bumped off our flight out of Kigali, we were issued with boarding passes for the following day’s departure - these things happen, but we were well accommodated by RwandAir and Tony and his team looked after all our logistics from there onwards and he was ready and waiting at the hotel at 5am the next day as agreed. Thanks Tony and your team, you made the delayed departure worry-free and efficient!

    Do not use this to fly out of Africa or into the continent. We had a major delay in Johannesburg over an issue with the plane’s break system. They only discovered this when we had already boarded the plane which is UNACCEPTABLE. Mind you, we boarded the plane only two hours after the boarding time so clearly they had major issues on this day. I missed my connecting flight to the UK and was stuck in Kigali. This airline is completely useless and unreliable. Never again!

    rwanda air, where everyone is first class! they served us wine and a meal on the two flights we took with them. the planes are modern and the staff friendly. its's the best airline we have flown on anywhere in the world, aside from business class. But as I say, everyone is first class on Rwanda Air. They let you check bags for free. It beats any North American, Asian or African airline we have flown on.

    RwandaAir staffs are very polite and respectful. The Airline keeps to time and would notify you at an earlier time if there were any changes in your flight schedule.
