I have spent more than 6 hours at the hospital but still I haven't been to see the doctor to see my results. Like 40mins to go.. Everything super slow and alot of of patients.

Very bad service, terrible organisation. I am waiting since nearly 5h to see a doctor and get my results. It is a shame, I will never come back here again.

They are capable to do a lot of examination but the organization is a simple catastrophe. Even with an appointment to see a doctor a waiting time of 1 hrs happen and for further examination up to 5 hrs more. If it would be possible they suppose to get minus points. An absolute Desaster.

Decent clinic, well organized, clean, well equipped with the last IT and medical technologies, all the medical services are available with really professional and diverse staff. The clinic seems to be taking care of a massive number of patients daily, which has maybe an impact on the speed of service.

An expensive but useless clinic that strives to earn as much money as possible from examinations and tests. They asked me $350 for an MRI of brain. I found another clinic that does it 2 times cheaper.

We came on short notice and they put us in. Clean, quality, effective care. Good bedside service, knowledgeable doctors.

With a pool of specialists, the clinic would be the best health service provider. Overwhelmed by the big number of patients, it quiet sometime to be served. Some departments take ample time without serving though.

One of the biggest health care centers in Kigali and the whole country, you can find a lot of specialities and medical exams you may need, the staff is friendly and the service is good.

Amazing and quick service.

Professional kind and smiling staff. Waiting time acceptable compared to other places. Prices are normal as it is a private facility Nice cafeteria, take the chapati eggs sandwich it's delicious.

Service is a disaster it doesn’t deserve any star( you get at clinic early but got served later because someone a receptionist know arrives) shame!

Am not gonna lie this place is amazing and clean although it doesn't offer a lot of services like opticians and others its great though if you are looking for a modern clinic without the overcrowding and its a little bit expensive but that's what insurance is for.

Wonderful Hospital with eminent services

Left after people kept cutting lines. When you’re sick the last thing you want is fighting to keep your place in line. 50+ people in the waiting room was a recipe for COVID. 2 stars because I hear their lab is good.

I spent more than 2 hours, waiting for a general practitioner, Pleade improve your services.

I cannot even give 1 star for the appointment because I took appoint on phone at 5pm but doctor came to clinic at 5:30 & no use of taking appointment by phone because again you need to take token number once you come to clinic. If the receptionist told me before about this procedure then it would have saved my 3hours. I will update about the doctor service after the treatment.

Provide good and quick health care. Excellent customer care service when waiting the doctor because there are many patients.

It's the best in Kigali after King Faisal hospital! It has the best reception, doctors and nurses did a good job!! For me i would rank it second after King Faisal hospital in Kigali!!
