The quite and calm side of downtown Kigali, just close to the Kigali City Hall, nearby are very good restaurants and hotels

It's a traffic circle. Don't go out of your way to visit, but it's cute if you are driving by.

Squint a little and it'll look like a silverback is standing right in the middle of the road! If your eyes are wide open though, the roundabout is funny and original but nothing extraordinary. Swing by if you're in the area, it'll make for a funny picture

This not an attraction, just a roundabout with 3 small concrete gorilla statues.
