SWITCH kigali is a nice place to hang out. If you want to have fun while looking at some creative art work and enjoying a cool air, I would recommend SWITCH.

It's all round a beautiful and i would say an always chilled place in terms of the temperature. Beautiful indoor and outdoor setups.

I’m putting 4 stars and not less just because of the vibe. It’s quite cozy and homely. But the service is typical Kigali service: waiters don’t know anything, confuse your order, are not consistent. Waiters disappear, you have to go look for them even when you’re the only customer in the place. I was the only customer on a Monday at 3 pm, they took 50 minutes to fry a steak. Overall if you can live with friendly but incompetent staff, if you have the patience of an angel, then it’s probably one of the better places in Kigali (for any other capital in the world I’d have put down 2 stars).

I was so impressed by the creativity, coziness and class of the space. The place is big with interesting sections. Beat place for date, group hangout and family/friends Dinner and lunch. I just loved it. An true epitome of luxury.

Switch under new management is even better than before! The new owners are connected to Kurry Kingdom and they have certainly brought with them some necessary improvements! Very nice restaurant with lots of seating options: different settings, inside and outside. Decent selection of dishes and a good variety of beverages, cold as well as warm. We've had their chicken shwarma platter and their pasta with bolognese, and both were very good! This is a place to which we keep returning!

The worst food ever .. has nothing to do with Lebanese food.. I got the Taboli (awful) terrible grills and the homos was the worst ever I had in my life. In addition they took 3 hrs to deliver food and it reached cold

The food was great and affordable and the service impeccable only problem was that the carbonara i ordered wasn’t how i wanted it to be but all in all it’s a great place that has the best customer service
