    They should try to improvise on mops in bathrooms, so one can clear her place once showering. Maybe ask the person what they drink for breakfast. Some people don't like Milk....other than that...the place is clean and very peaceful.

    Elegance hotel is a really nice place to spend your vacation at ,it's located in a quiet area ,the view is amazing ,the food ,customer care and everything is just perfect.

    A nice and calm place!! Location is strategic to reach potential centers and places in kigali like Amahoro Stadium,Kigali Internation Aetoport,Remera center,Gisimenti, Kigali city center,University of Kigali,University of Rwanda-Gikondo....etc

    The brown lady at the reception is very helpful, understands English and has excellent customer service. They should buy extension cables to ease charging. They should buy appropriate mosquito nets for the beds, what they have is disastrous. Tiny cheap nets, round on queen size beds. I loved customer care and wifi though
