Violent owners and bad experience!!! I arrived after booking the suite, and they told me the room his not available and they put me in a room with shared bathroom, at 22:00 the owner came to me and asked me to pay the price like the expensive room, I explained to him that this is indeed what I ordered but i did not get it and I want to pay the price of the room that I get, the owner really annoyed me I did not Willing to pay the price he asked and treated me really really violently, he shouted at me and called his employees and said that if I did not pay he would take the money from me by force, I had no choice because it was late and there was closure because of the corona at night, I paid the price he asked for and I asked for an invoice and he told me I would not accept, only after I called booking customer service did he agree to give me an invoice the room was really terrible with nothing but From bed, not even pillows, in the morning there was no breakfast even though I booked and paid for it, I travel a lot of time and I have been to thousands of places and I have never had such a terrible experience

Beautiful View in a Quiet Neighborhood!!! The staff was great and very helpful. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. The bathroom was big and private, with lots of hot water... and it was close to the city center, so transportation cost were low.

Myplace was my first impression that made me love Rwanda at first sight. I arrived just after midnight with Ethiopian airways but the Owner made sure l was picked up from the airport & gave us great welcome, l guess the name fits them so well, Welkom Myplace. We wanted to stay for 3 days but we ended up staying for a week because of their great hospitality,good English & above all fast internet. My family was impressed with a self catering kitchen available for us & great quiet environs, even for our kids, they had big yard to play. Thank you Bongo & your team, you are truly amazing, to those who lie & write bad about My place, what do you gain in pushing a personal vendatta against some business that is growing? To those who don't know about My place, ask me & thank me later, they are truly amazing & hospitable pple that made me to love Rwanda more.

The serenity of this place makes you feel so much at home.

The business owners don't respect clients and employees. Bad experiences of clients are real. Don't make a reservation,you will probably regret it. Business should never ask local clients to speak a foreign language.

I had enjoyable moment at Myplace apartment, I felt at home in the way I was welcomed, stylish and beautiful interior design for the sitting room and bed room. it is really a comfortable place to be over the weekends. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

My wife and I spent something more than one week at "MyPlace" and we enjoyed it a lot. The place is located strategically close to the airport and the city's main attractions. The room were clean and tidy. The personnel kind and extremely helpful. An example, we had to book a car and Bongo and his brother took care to find it and bargain a fair price for us. Thank you for the great experience, rafiki.

The place is cool and calm ; but the mattress is a nightmare,

Good rooms clean and furnished my place is active and responsive to its customers the other apartments in the building require more work. They provide water,electricity and the internet. Modern style, security. Cooperative staff. And most importantly friendly and yeah.

I had wonderful time at Myplace in Kibagabaga. The place is cozy and clean with necessary facilities, with a cool host ever. A real home far away from home. I'll always come back whenever am in Kigali.

A great place, very welcoming host, just a little far out of the city centre but still close enough in a motor ride. Do recommend!
