Good location, milkshakes and burgers, but avoid the vegetarian burger and chicken nuggets. The vegetarian burger is pictured on the right. Might be the worst vegetarian burger I've ever had because the paddy was 1/4 the size of a normal one. But the hamburger (beef) is one of the best I've had in Africa. The Oreo milkshake was fantastic!

Great American style burgers and milkshakes. When I first walked in, it felt like entering a Johnny Rockets, really impressive. Allan who is a friendly guy, took good care of us (we got a selfie with him). Ordered the double cheese burger with additional double cheese and a choco/vanilla milkshake ---> drooling again as I am typing it!

I would’ve loved to give them more stars but they can’t even agree on which items come with with burgers and they’re not responsive when you point it out. Their customer service was subpar and disappointing. Do better

The only nice thing about this place is the location but i went there when they’d just opened a few years back and they had really nice burgers but things have really worsened the worst customer service I’ve ever seen the burgers were small and plain no veggies and a little bit of cheese you guys should really work on the place because it’s centered nicely and could bring a lot more customers really really disappointed!

This place is so amazing

The burgers were nice although the waitress did not get my order correct. Also, some of the condiments were old. There is only the local cheese (Gouda) that’s doesn’t melt well and doesn’t compliment the burger. The chicken nuggets were really good and they are handmade, not frozen. They were so flavorful.

Had the orange slushi only. Good and refreshing. Didn't order any food. Only needed something a refreshing drink after a long walk.

Generally, the burger tastes good. But the beef is a bit crispy or not too crispy. Burger needs to have some JUICE.. I didn't feel that. The atmosphere is great and the location is also just opposite Kigali Heights, at Kigali Business Center. Hope Maps fixes this.

Had the planet max menu that came with a side of fries and soda/water. The burger was delicious, flavoured to perfection. If yu a fan of chilli, remember to ask for it since it ain't served as one. For pricing, 🤔 I don't know! Think it ain't value for money compared to the portion being offered. But that's my view as a foreigner coz am comparing to other countries have been to. All in all a great place, with great music and exceptional stuff. Very kind and took the time to explain their best sellers and must tries.

The burger buns are really bad and fall apart easily as well as the veggi patty. This makes it inconvenient to eat. Fries are good though.

Its a nice place! Really loved, its just that the only time i was there their burger had too much salt, we told them, they didnt seem to mind at all! And very few chips! I think the salt was a mistake tho, maybe will give it another try!
