The space is remarkably tidy and it seems like the seats were placed with customer privacy in mind. It feels like everything is where it's supposed to be. The service is good too. It is a great place for a snack.

Tastes like home. Not local chicken. Perfectly made. Took less time in drive through than back home at 1:00 in afternoon. Really have right flavor and quality chicken... Moist but properly cooked. We'll be back. Very limited menu. No mash potatoes or gravy... Biscuits or coleslaw but I am sure it will come. When word gets out this place will become very busy I am sure.

Today we ordered chicken wings and it came completely marinated with sweet sauce! It’s the sweetest sauce ever! I couldn’t even taste ! Had to throw the whole packet of chicken wings! Do you guys use common sense or r what ? One stupid job and you make someone hate the name KFC

Relatively low prices with quick service and excellent hygiene, I strongly recommend the area.

A good place for fast foods! Within the city!,.. Only that there's a lady here who doesn't have good customer service a short black lady, can't remember her name but she's not welcoming at, I ordered food she even gave the wrong directions for whoever brought the food it was not as I expected, since the previous day i had ordered with the same bill same amount, but with her it was different and she even told me to pick food from the serving table with scoffing face, while speaking in Kynyarwanda i heard her giving that guy total instruction what to give out totally different on how it was the previous day.

I always like to try fast food restaurants in countries outside the US just to taste it and see if it is the same. I was so pleased with the cleanliness of this KFC and the prices and the special seasonings. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant, too.

It was a good experience for me although they gave a wrong order to my friend who luckily identified this before we left the place. The food was relatively expensive but the taste was commensurate with KFC brand worldwide. I liked the choice of drinks we had....coke and two new brands of Fanta (🍋 and 🍍)

From someone who hates fast food, I rated KFC Kigali as my favorite place to eat. I went there twice, and I enjoyed every nibble. They properly seasoned the chicken, and I could taste the spices inside the flesh of the chicken. The skin of the chicken was my favorite part of devouring at the end. The crunchy fries mixed with ketchup were perfect for some of my dinners. Comparatively to other countries where I ate KFC, I will say this one was the most delicious.

Ordered via their app....KFC called to confirm order and delivery was prompt via motorbike! Paid cash on delivery. Fries were horrible..tasted like they were cooked with cheap recycled oil. Chicken was okay. Could do better with more food options!

Went once to a KFC in Belgium and had the worst burger ever there so when I was ‘invited’ by a friend to to the KFC in Kigali I wasn’t expecting much. I decided to skip the burgers all together and went for some of the greasy pieces of crusty chicken they are well known for. Ok, but this joint will never be a favorite of mine.

So far this has been the first location I've found in Kigali with air-conditioning so it was cool and refreshing. Extremely professional and friendly staff and the food tasted just as it did back home.

Cool place, the food is delicious and great service. But compared to other KFC, the menu need to be improved and should propose more choice. But I still recommend it.

The restaurant itself is nice. I and some friends have however found the chicken here lacks the classic KFC taste, and most times are too oily. The fries served are so little too.

Very clean space. People can dates nicely in their 1st floor space with a very good view of Kigali, especially giporoso, kicukiro and remera. The food is KFC offcourse and not recommended for people who don't like too much oily

It's KFC in Africa. Tastes like and looks like KFC. If you want good fried chicken fast, it's your go-to place. Prices are a bit high.

I love this place and compare to Nigeria, the variety of drinks are different and that is totally enjoyable. We ordered chicken and burger which was very nice. The wait was a little long maybe because of the customers available at the time of visit. It’s a nice place

Great food. Our party of seven had a wonderful dinner at KFC Kigali. Tasty and great service. Our kids had seconds and even thirds!!

The manner of speaking to clients was just off! But the chicken is awesome always request that with chili. This time the service was horrible. Placed an order and it took them 1 hour 30 minutes to get to me and even when it got here it didn't come with ketchup sachets. All round horrible this time

Your typical KFC joint.. nothing really extra about it, just the usual. However, the warm Rwandese people may just add onto your experience there.
