Brunei most popular fried chicken franchise, just based on their numerous (most) outlets all over the country. Tried their new breakfast menu, garlic rice with corn beef, crispy chicken stripes and egg. Set breakfast meal comes with coffee. They were delicious especially the garlic fluffy rice. Remind me of their long removed garlic rice with beef tapa few decades ago, wish they bring it back. Breakfast menu usually until 11am, but they have it all day for their launch menu now. Advise not to dine in during lunchtime and there usually a very long queue of cars for their drive in service. Waited long time for my food to come even though they had enough staff, just overwhelm with huge takeaway orders coming in.

food was as per standard. they were alright. the layout of the restaurant was as usual. the only issue i had was the fact i requested for my drinks to be with no ice. the server also acknowledge regarding the fact i did not want ice but can see prove from photo they added ice. i guess the server can understand simple instructions. the name of the server is not the person who served us. it was a female. i am not alien to the franchise business but i believe there is a policy to use an ID other than your own. more strict policy and training needs to be conducted.

One of the outlets of Jolibee in Brunei. Small dining area which is maintained quite neatly. Drive through orders are usually more here. Can dine in if you are in nearby location.

Usually my days are filled with errands so a quick drive-thru is always great to satisfy hunger. They have improved their service speed esp if you didnt call beforehand. Ofc if u're really in a rush and want to be efficient, u can always place order through calling them first

One thing I like about the Jollibee it's is clean, the toilets are regularly checked, and the place is well maintained However it struggles when things get hectic, and the waiting time is too long. This place is good but the layout of the drive thru leaves a lot to be desired.

Confusing location pin.

Some issue is parking space, you have to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes before you can park in some of their branch,, since we love jollibee so much we have to wait again for some items for about 10 minutes to maximum of 20 minutes before they can serve the delicious food.

My 1st expereince going to the Jolibee Drive Thru. I donot use the drive-in facilty though but I go down to see inside the dining area. I was impressed. The guy at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. The place id tidy and clean. Quite a flow of customers coming to the place I observe while waiting for my order to be delivered. Its a 2 set of 6 six pcs chicken bucket. Keep up the excellent the good work and facility. Cheers.

I ordered two c1 spicy breast..and the worker said we have to wait for 20+ mins..then when i went to eat for suhoor..Both are drumstick original.

If you're unlucky the queue can get too long but luckily they're pretty fast with the service, unless if you want something that is not ready. Like in my case, the particular chicken parts that I must have.

Placed a last-minute delivery for my kid's event. Delivery time is spot-on. Excellent service.

Food was so so bad…….. Chicken dry. Rice dry. Mash tasteless. At least the fries was good….
