Provided me with a nice breakfast roll just after 11am, other places less flexible on a less than busy Wednesday low session, excellent service from Andreia and Alicia.

Quickly seated. Food speed was slow - see below. The garlic to just to hard and Mac ball basic and small for nearly £8. I felt that I had to push the staff to get things done. Only the one older member of staff looked interested in taking orders and service. Could see other customers struggling to get attention. The young staff many look like they were just pushing time. Not interested in helping. F&B people are there just before catching a flight so they need very fast service that means all staff need to understand that. It's not like we are there to pass time. Your board outside says food served in 7 mins..that's misleading. I was there when it was not busy and not understaffed and then it took 22 mins from order to table. Be real. Enough veggie and vegan options.

All of the staff were very hospitable and welcoming when we came in to the restaurant. When we handed them our TUI congratulations slip for our honeymoon they went far and beyond to ensure we had an even greater time and wished us a happy marriage. Thank you Frankie and Benny's for the love and kindness. Graeme and the other staff, keep doing what you are doing. You've made myself and my wife very happy before we fly away on our honeymoon!

Airport meals are almost never as good as outside but we had a fairly good experience here. We were seated quickly, and since we were in a rush, the staff did everything they could to serve us and let us pay so that we could run for our flight thereafter.

Had lunch whilst waiting for our flight, all I can say is it was fabulous!! The food was well presented, hot and very tasty. Huge compliments to the chef..thank you 😋😋 Also a big shout out to jen, very friendly, approachable and kept checking that we and everything were OK. You are amazing 🤩 Thank you all so much keep up the good work 😁😁

Andreà was absolutely amazing. So kind and attentive it really made us enjoy our breakfast. Definitely will be coming back just for the staff!

Seated quickly, lovely food which came fast and warm. Aaron was our sever and he was great. Looked after us through out the meal and helped with food intolerance and got us an amazing desert we could enjoy

Frankie and Benny's Glasgow Airport charging £5.60 for a 300ml bottle of Budweiser beer feels excessive. Given that a full pint of Budweiser costs a similar amount, the value for money is questionable. Customers might be discouraged from ordering beer due to the inflated price. It would be more reasonable to adjust the pricing to align with industry standards and offer a better experience for patrons.

After all the grumpy security guys, it was lovely to be greeted by Andrea's happy face. Good was really tasty and good quality too. Thanks for starting our trip off well for us 😁

Having breakfast at Frankie and Benny’s was a great start to the holiday. Our server Kai was friendly and helpful when selecting drinks.

I spent almost 8 years working for the company back in the day. I know the quality of the food and service pretty well. I had bacon and cheese potato skins and a side of brokkolini with a glass of wine, and I still love this comfort food from time-to-time! I also love the music. Service was nice.

Seated quickly (admittedly it wasn’t the busiest time). The food was decent and our waiter was friendly and chatty. I had a vegan burger, my wife had a chicken Caesar salad - both very tasty. Given a previous poor experience at a F&B’s at a London airport, I was amazed at how much better this one was, in terms of efficiency, service and quality. Not a great selection of restaurants at Glasgow airport so I’ll be back here again!

Very limited menu selection, most dishes unavailable due to shortages. 20+ minute wait to get seated but food delivered in 15 minutes. Otherwise standard venue for Frankie's. Not the fanciest choice at the airport but better than most.

40 min wait for my breakfast which had been left at the side to go cold. When I asked where it was they thought it would be a good idea to just stick it under the grill to re-heat it NO, just no. Restaurant wasn't even half full.

I ordered from the Gluten Free Menu, which was Great that they had one, I was told before being seated that they had no GF buns or pasta that's fine. What was brought to my table after ordering th Gf Classic burger lacked PRESENTATION to say the least. I asked one of the staff is the burger not served with Tomato she went to the kitchen to ask and brought out a bowl of small chopped tomatoes and asked if this was ok I Thanked her and added thes to my plate which looked so much more appealing. I also ordered a Pretty In Pink Gin served with Strawberries it said on the drinks menu, No once again I asked the same girl that brougt my tomatoes and she brought me a saucer with chopped Strawberries on it. I understand that It's a busy place being in th Airport BUT the server should have noticed and been more attentive to what dish he/she was taking from the kitchen, presentation is Everything when placed in front of you. The burger was tasty but the potato lacked no butter on the side nothing. I ordered another Gina dn once again was delivered without Strawberries, I emptied the Strawberries from the saucer that wasbrought after asking.

Despite the inflated airport prices... Really great staff, despite being very busy, food was fantastic. Hot and really fresh...superb!

Never even made it inside. Gave up waiting after 15 minutes and not a single person in queue had been shown a table . Not that it was busy or they didn’t have staff . One third full and at least five people working the floor. Well two were working and three chatting looking morose . Went to Bearmore instead. Much better choice

We had dinner here before our flight to Spain. Our waitress was absolutely lovely (we hope you just love Honduras!!) but the food was quite average. It did what we needed it to do but it wasn't anything special. Absolutely acceptable, just not anything to write home about.

Very expensive even at airport rates Food was not bad. I had meatball starter. Not a bad portion but at £7.60 though

Quite simply the worst Bloody Mary that I have ever had the misfortune to drink! Lukewarm, flavourless dishwater and that’s being generous… A disturbing, off-colour concoction with no discernible taste of tomato devoid of the anticipated peppery bite and savoury tang! Naturally a couple of juicy olives were missing as was a stalk of crisp celery. The only concession to garnish was a forlorn, translucent slice of lemon languishing at the bottom of the glass. I could taste the vodka, but that was about it! A disappointing experience all round as the breakfast roll ordered alongside arrived almost instantly and was cold as were the accompanying fried potatoes. The excuse for the Bloody Mary and flat white coffee also arrived after I’d all but finished my meal, which was particularly disappointing as the restaurant was almost empty… Still what would you expect for over 20 quid! I won’t be returning…

£12.20 for ultimate Mac and Cheese??? It had at best 10 forks worth.. service was shocking... I was in with my husband and daughter..we had Mac and Cheese 3 times , a fanta, vodka and coke and a baileys..£52.80 .. completely shocking and so not worth it... won't be doing it again..

Tasty and very good quality, the servers were rushed off their feet but the service was very friendly and helpful
