I
did
not
say
I
was
going
to
sit
for
an
emergency
appointment
I
said
I
was
in
too
much
pain
to
sit
and
said
I'd
call
the
next
morning.
I
was
met
with
a
very
hostile
attitude
from
the
receptionist
which
has
never
happened
before.
Genuinely
think
there
should
be
more
done
to
look
into
this
,
even
check
CCTV
and
if
you
have
audio
then
you
will
hear
I
said
that
I
was
going
to
call
the
next
day.
Also
I
was
not
told
I
would
be
seen
there
and
then
,
I
was
told
if
I
were
to
sit
and
wait
then
I'd
have
to
wait
until
a
dentist
was
available
and
that
they
did
not
know
how
long
that
would
be
hence
why
I
replied
that
I
would
call
back
in
the
morning
as
I
was
in
to
much
pain.
I
mentioned
my
dad
was
out
in
the
car
waiting
for
me
I'd
not
once
say
I
was
going
to
tell
my
dad
about
any
appointments.
I
am
really
shocked
that
someone
is
lying
about
what
happened
I
am
sitting
here
crying.
Please
check
the
audio
of
your
CCTV
and
there
was
another
receptionist
there
too
would
she
not
be
able
to
confirm
my
story?
I
am
still
very
unwell
and
have
got
another
abscess.
My
dental
plan
was
with
you
guys
and
I
was
to
have
my
teeth
removed
but
now
I
can't
find
another
dentist
that
will
take
on
NHS
patients
and
am
left
in
agony
because
of
this
outcome.
But
I
feel
this
was
the
plan
the
receptionist
had
as
the
receptionist
was
not
kind
or
understanding
at
all
which
again
has
never
happened
at
the
practice
before.
I
have
never
been
one
to
complain
so
this
is
very
unusual
for
me,
may
I
ask
what
I
need
to
do
now
to
get
dental
treatment
or
what
I
should
do
in
general
as
I
have
not
been
able
to
get
myself
registered
anywhere
due
to
not
taking
on
NHS
patients.
Also
my
full
family
and
children
attend
here
with
you
guys
so
this
was
another
reason
it
had
been
the
best
possible
place
to
get
treatment.
Any
advice
on
what
do
to
get
help
would
be
greatly
appreciated.
Thanks.
**Original
review**
Used
to
be
such
a
great
dentist
but
recently
I
was
deregistered
due
to
missing
a
few
appointments,
I
understand
this
but
i
was
a
little
hurt
as
I'd
explained
my
anxiety
and
the
fact
I
was
in
recovery
to
the
practice
and
they
seemed
like
they
understood
my
situation.
I
was
really
suffering
the
other
day
with
an
abscess
and
went
into
the
office
to
ask
for
an
emergency
appointment
and
was
told
I
could
wait
until
one
was
available
or
call
back
in
the
morning
at
8.30am
which
I
told
the
girl
at
the
desk
I'd
call
the
next
morning
as
I
felt
so
unwell
i
couldn't
sit
there
for
hours
I'd
been
sick
and
not
slept
a
wink
the
past
few
days
and
my
anxiety
was
through
the
roof
.
It
had
took
a
lot
for
me
to
even
go
in
there
for
advice.
But
the
next
day
I
received
a
letter
saying
I
was
to
be
deregistered
from
the
practice
for
missing
appointments,
noone
had
actually
given
me
any
appointments
the
day
before
so
I
was
very
upset.
I
have
not
had
any
luck
with
getting
antibiotics
for
my
access
and
still
feel
absolutely
awful
so
I'm
probably
better
going
to
the
emergency
dental
hospital
after
I
call
nhs24
as
there
is
no
way
I
will
have
the
confidence
to
call
back
this
dental
practice
for
any
emergency
appointments
which
stated
I
could
do
until
January.
I
do
understand
I
missed
a
few
appointments
in
the
past
but
I
am
now
in
recovery
and
when
I
went
in
for
help
,
the
receptionist
whom
I'd
never
seen
before
until
that
day
spoke
to
me
abruptly
and
pretty
bluntly
,
I
was
feeling
bad
as
it
was.
Prior
to
this
i
had
explained
that
I
was
doing
well
now
therefore
I
was
hurt
and
felt
judged
by
the
receptionist
I
seen
on
that
morn
I
have
always
had
a
good
experience
here
but
I
feel
this
has
been
a
wake
up
call
that
not
everyone
is
as
understanding
as
they
make
out.
