Little customer service skills, asked us to provide a number to contact us when the item would be ready. Didn’t get a call and phoned them the next day, got told that we shouldn’t have waited for a call but should have picked up our item that evening because for such a small job they didn’t need to notify us of it being done? Could have just explained that to us rather then telling us one thing then laughing at us the next day for not reading your mind.

Elderly friends of mine just bought a garage remote from these guys. They told me the price and I fell over. Everywhere else sells these for $60-$70. They were charged $99.95. I have no problem with a business making money as they have to buy and stock items but this is a massive overcharge!! Go find your remotes somewhere else!

Martin at mister minit was like the dad I never had. He listened to what I had to say, was kind and respectful, and didn't grab his belt when I told him I snapped the house key. Would definitely recommend.

I get all my shoes repaired here, they offer excellent customer service asset a great price point. Today I brought I a pair of shoes which of recently had resoled and reheeled, the original sole had come apart from the main body of the shoe. The guys were excellent, 45 minutes and it was fixed.... AND .. 2 thumbs up, I wasn't charged despite it not really being an issue with their workmanship but the original shoe maker. A definite recommend and pay forward. Much gratitude.

Had a car key cut and a new remote done today. The staff was very nice and service was great. And the price was fair too. Compare with a in store rip off quote from locksmith which was $400 for a key and a remote, I only need to pay half. Thank you very much!

I genuinely went to return my garage remote that I bought the day before because we found the lost one luckily. The product was in tact in its original packing with the receipt, However I was not provided a refund stating that they do not provide for change of mind or change in circumstances and I was quoted that this is how consumer Law in Australia operates. I was given the phone number of the owner and the person was very rude over the phone and hung up the phone when I was still talking. This is not the first time I am experiencing a dissatisfied customer service at this shop, I had trouble with my watch once as well. Their staff keeps changing everytime you go and they all tell you different things. Mister Minit in Chermside is a much better shop and provides better customer service. This shop is a rip off and they know how to take a customer for granted.

Had an excellent experience, Had a difficult key to cut, 3 other places wouldn't even attempt it. The boys gave no guarantee but were willing to give it a go - perfect key, no issues. THANKS!

5.31pm on a Wednesday and my car key battery died. I rushed to Mister Minit in the hope someone would still be there and luckily for me there was and he kindly replaced the battery on the spot. If it wasn't for him I would have had to go home and get the spare. Thanks to him I was able to get home without any further delay.

I got my mother in law to take my watch to get a new battery, Have put it on this morning and an hour later it is all fogged up. 2nd time this has happened, never again.

Went in to change out a battery in the garage door remote. Was ignored for about 5 mins. Finally got quoted $25 to change out a battery. I asked her if she knew what battery it was she told me she can't tell me that, I asked her if she could just take the back off and tell me what battery it was, she said she can't do that, then also told me that they were the only ones in Hypermarket that had these batteries. I went to Kmart, the guys behind the service desk opened the back for me no problems, found the batteries, $5 for 4 of them and did it myself. What a joke of a store Mister Minit Aspley is.
