I went in to simply buy a magnet. The lady told me the price ($4) and I handed her $10. She gave me $1 change, I told her that I gave her $10 and she was adamant that I gave her a "pink" note.. excuse me? I told her that I didn't have any $5 notes in my bag to begin with and didn't give her a "Pink" ! But a "blue" one if we are talking colours. She basically refused to continue this conversation and I left absolutely hating my magnet and the whole experience as I felt ripped off and felt like just a number in the store

One the best selections of Aussie souvenirs in Surfers. They have a broad price range. A selection of clothes- adult, children and babies, hats, jewelry, stationary, toys. They have unique stuff from the usual tourist tacky stuff we all love to some really cool pieces I haven't seen else where. They have some really nice soft toys and baby toddler clothes.

Staff were very friendly and greeted us each time we entered the store, which was really nice. They have an incredible range of products and not too expensive either. Magnets and knick knacks were quite cheap too. We got t-shirts, 2 for $50.

Great atmosphere and quality service. Since I’m a visitor from Brisbane, it provides a vibrant setting to Surfers Paradise in the Gold Coast. Will come back when I have the chance to do so.

Nice and quiet place to spend your time thinking what you will prepare for your friends and family. Some of products are very attractive to buy not like other souvenirs shops.

I was there on Dec 20, 2020 at approximately 5 pm. There were 2 ladies at the store. Unfortunately, I asked for help the older one. I was looking for cork placemats. The lady looked at me as if I was a hobo... (Well... Noone goes to the beach in nice clothes. Anyway, I was decently dressed, not overdressed tho). And said: 'we have only these expensive ones, if you like the 2 dollar ones, there's a store nearby'. Still shocked 🤣 That is the worst example of customer service 😂. Needless to say, I am not going to return to this store in particular. Lol

Great range and prices aren’t too excessive

Gone are the days, when we used to go out for gifts. However, trusting any random online store is not possible. This is one of the best stores I have ever seen. I got all the things at my doorstep.

We did shopping on 10.07.22 around 2-3 pm. assortment: 5 * location: 5 * prices: 4 * heating: 5 * customer service: 5 * and 1 *: The shop assistant who served us, Barbara, was very friendly, nice and considerate. She had angelic patience, interesting ideas, high personal culture, she would try to solve every problem. Such a person is a real treasure. Unfortunately, the other shop assistant outraged us with her behaviour. We recommend asking for Barbara.
