I like that they take feedback seriously. Attached is a true stretch they have in Kenosha. I feel like it would be a nice addition to the lake Zurich location. I will complain that last week I used my black card guest peel to let a guest in but I had to leave. So my guest was lectured about how she wasn’t supposed to be there without me. Just went today and hung out at a table while my guest worked used the PF facilities. This visit seemed more pleasant. Your employee, Linda was super friendly. We struck up a 10-15 minute conversation in between customers checking in and was just a delight. I hope you are treating her like a 5 Star employee because if she was willing I’d hire her at my restaurant without an interview.

Brand new gym! Close to home and living area. One of a kind PF I have ever seen!!!! New machines clean and well spaced located machines plenty of space to move around and find machines and dumbbells to work around other people

The Lake Zurich PF staff is friendly. I almost always see someone cleaning which is important to me. There is an ab machine I see at most other PF locations that is not at this location, but they have a couple of other things, particularly in the back right area, that I don't see at other locations. I would like to see a clock in a more visible location. There is a big beautiful clock on the wall, but it is blocked from view by a multi station unit. I feel like my criticisms are pretty minor though since it's one machine and relocating a clock. There's tons of benches, bikes, tread mills, and machines. And, again, I frequently see the staff cleaning and inspecting so I'm pretty happy with this PF.

Clean, friendly and all around a great environment. My girlfriend never felt comfortable at the last two gyms I was a member of and when our friends moved to this one, we followed and she finally felt comfortable to work out and be happy at the same time. Glad to be here and hope to stay.

The gym itself is really nice. The price is great, especially with all the amenities. It would be 5 stars. However, my first visit was very late at night alone and the male employee had entered the locker room and was cleaning up sinks near the shower area when I was exiting the changing room after having used the shower. It was freezing cold water, so I only stayed in long enough to barely get wet. Had I showered fully, I could have walked out without being clothed, not knowing he was there. You can't hear anything other than water and the music piped in through the speakers. I don't know why there was not more awareness regarding avoiding the locker rooms when no female except myself was there. No one was there. A schedule or better system MUST BE put in place. I have only gone back once and didn't use the locker room. This is scary and NOT acceptable. I can't just knock just a single star or even a few for this... it's too serious. I've been debating another location for a month or more... This has been a deal breaker for me. I will be canceling.

I really appreciate the cleanliness of this gym, the proximity to home, convenient, and the friendly staff are great. I dropped lifetime and came here for a few reasons, but what I really like is being able to do is get a great workout without the fashion show and watching guys and girls flexing in the mirrors after getting their pump on. Very happy here.

Super clean and friendly place. Dominique was smiling when I walked in. Being this was my 1st time here, it was great to feel welcomed. Showers had two heads, one from the top, like rain and one from the side. There are nothing but good things to say about this location. Thank you, everyone involved in making this a great experience.

I love that they stayed open @ least 24 hrs some days. I miss when there were more planet fitness locations that were 24hrs. Those ones that close early are SOOOO packed now. It's a miserable experience.

I’ve been a member at Planet Fitness for several years. We travel and I love that I can use my membership anywhere I go! The Lake Zurich location is amazingly clean and you never have to wait to use any equipment or machines. The staff is friendly and extremely attentive.

I canceled another club's membership when Covid hit and I set up an exercise and weight center in my basement. It seemed okay during the last two years. I am 75 years old and noticed my balance was coming into question. I decided to join Planet Fitness when they opened a new facility close to me. Well improvement in my strength, tone and balance started very quickly. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH PLANET FITNESS!! Don M.

I've been to planet fitnesses all over the country and non have ever said anything or judged for not having access to my bank.. only this one with the morning manager.. she told me if they didn't get access to my bank then I was not allowed access again. Even though I'm paid up and a black card member for years. So yes this is a judgment zone..

helpful and friendly staff, everything very clean and sanitized. The gym offers excellent equipment and also a very convenient SPA space. I love spending my time there!

Horrible lying management. Signed up with the agreement my personal bank account wouldn’t be required. I was paid up to include an annual fee, when all the sudden them not having access to my bank account became a problem. I offered to pay by the year in advance, but was forced to cancel my account. Stay away IMO.

I am happy to write a positive review about the Planet Fitness located in Lake Zurich, and in particular, about the exceptional employee Ryan. This gym has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is always helpful and friendly, but Ryan goes above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. One thing that stands out about Ryan is his positive attitude. He always greets members with a smile and a kind word, and seems genuinely happy to be working there. This positivity is infectious, and it makes the gym a more enjoyable place to be. Not only is Ryan friendly, but he is also incredibly helpful. He is always willing to answer questions and provide guidance on how to use the equipment properly. He takes the time to listen to members and understand their fitness goals, and he provides personalized recommendations and encouragement to help them achieve their objectives. Another thing that I appreciate about Ryan is how he goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and included. He makes an effort to get to know members by name and will often strike up a conversation or offer words of encouragement during workouts. This level of attention and care makes it clear that he truly cares about the members' success. Overall, I highly recommend the Lake Zurich Planet Fitness, and specifically Ryan, to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive gym environment. His positive attitude, helpfulness, and dedication to member success make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Obviously everything is new and shiny. But this location has multiplicity of machines for most things, so very seldom do you have to wait for someone to finish on a machine in order to get the workout you want. I realize that may change as membership grows and more people are there. I do like the machine selection in the 30 min express. This section is what keeps me coming back to PF. As a single parent I have very little time to devote to the gym, and being able to come in and get a good workout in 30 mins where the workout is already laid out for me (and I don't have to think about what to do next) is huge. Black Card Spa is amazing as well. The staff have all been fantastic, always very friendly and conversational.

I treasure the Lake Zurich Planet Fitness Center. It is new facility with new machines, clean facility and very helpful/friendly staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our workouts. Well worth the $$

The facility is always clean. The equipment is always in perfect working order. The employees are always kind, greet you when you walk in, and bid you farewell when you leave. The club manager, Andraya A., is an excellent employee. She always has a smile, is always tending to the club's needs, and is a big part of why that location is immaculate from top to bottom. If I had a business, I would want someone like Andraya to manage it. Thanks!
