BEWARE
OF
DOUBLE
CHARGES
IF
ORDERING
ONLINE!!!
We
were
double
charged
on
a
large
order
for
my
business
and
the
owner
will
not
refund
us.
The
owner
has
given
us
the
run
around
for
weeks
regarding
a
double
charge
and
has
now
ghosted
us.
BEWARE
IF
ORDERING
ONLINE,
this
is
how
this
happened
to
us.
We
placed
a
big
order
for
our
business,
and
the
website
would
not
accept
our
business
cards.
Eventually
we
shifted
the
order
to
a
personal
card.
Personal
card
was
charged
with
tip
right
away.
But
to
our
surprise,
a
few
days
later
the
charge
showed
up
on
our
business
account
as
well.
I
called
and
asked
them
to
refund
one
of
the
charges,
I
included
screenshots
of
the
double
transactions
and
just
the
one
order
on
my
account
in
their
portal.
The
owner
said
heβd
look
into
it,
but
never
did.
When
I
reached
out
again,
he
responded
with
excuses
that
heβs
been
traveling,
and
when
I
reached
out
again
he
stopped
responding.
This
is
completely
unethical,
we
have
reported
them
to
BBB
and
requested
a
charge
back,
but
wanted
to
let
others
know,
especially
if
you
are
ordering
through
their
website.
