I have been seeing Andrea here for 8 months now and there is not enough I can say. I have never felt better. She is booked a month in advance so I have to schedule accordingly, not too many last minute opportunities. But totally worth accommodating my schedule to see her. Very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly all the pain I had going in is now gone. Really been a godsend for me. Front desk staff is all exceptional and friendly. They always answer the phone in a timely manner, which I can’t say for other locations I have been to. Highly recommend!

So I came to this location because the one closer to my house did not have great reviews and let me tell you Palatine did not disappoint. I requested Laura who was highly recommended via the reviews I seen on here and she was amazing! I literally have no complaints. I’ve been to multiple locations in multiple cities and this is by far my best experience. I will be back for you Laura! Thank you.

Had a great massage with aromatherapy (which is a terrific value for the small extra cost, and soooo worth it!).

Best massage I've had in a while! Laura is AMAZING, I am so glad I received a massage from her! The facility is really good, and everyone is very kind and respectful. Definitely recommend it and I can't wait to go back!

Booked massage online on 9/12/23 for the same day. Came in for my appointment time and was advised by person at front desk that they are sorry but the massage therapist is not in and someone forgot to block off schedule. I understand mistakes happen, but I should have been contacted before I actually came in. I gave this place a chance. That was my last time I will ever visit massage envy.

This saloon is an incredible place with many highly professional therapists: this far I had massage from many different MTs and all of them were especially talented and focused on their work. Front Desk, and Jessica specifically, do a diligent work that is also worth mentioning. Keep up the good work!

Amazing place! Front desk staff, therapists, and estheticians are all wonderful and very good. Only reccomendation is to book in advance because the therapist are so busy due to being fantastic! If you want to get in, get yourself in. Just saw a recent review and I think its funny that someone expects other people to plan their lives out for them. ANYWAY highly reccomend trying their stretch services. They are not as popular as massages but are a fantastic way to focus on getting rid of tightness or knots!

I had my first ever facial with Zoe a few months ago and it was HEAVEN ON EARTH, to say the least. My 2nd facial was by another lady at another location and I didn't care much for her or the facial. Then I had Zoe again for my 3rd facial tonight and it was equally amazing as the first time. She's sweet as pie and the way she does her facials is soothing and hypnotic. I highly recommend her, and the cold globe things. Those feel amazing.

This Massage Envy is the best! I get my massages and facials done here exclusively now. I will go to any staff member because so far they have all been great. When I call to book an appointment, they almost always have something available within at least the next few days. They're super accommodating with my crazy schedule. There is also online booking which is convenient, but I prefer to talk on the phone to let the staff know what I'm looking for that day so they can customize everything for me. No complaints here!

I waited for 40 minutes for someone to take me in after the initial check in. No one showed up. When I tired to reschedule the appointment, the receptionist said they would still fully charge me. Which I paid . However , the receptionist was not respectful at all and made negative comments under her breath. It was incredibly rude. There was no apology and I was told that the manager had left a voicemail for the time change. There was no voicemail. They could have told me about the appointment change when they checked me in but did not tell me anything except someone will be with me soon. Save your money don’t go there just because subpar customer service and entitled attitude. They lost business and potential client just because of bad customer service. The manager of this establishment needs to train their receptionists on how to deal with customers. The only thing I asked was to reschedule the appointment. I usually don’t write negative reviews but I had a pretty bad experience, paid fully and didn’t even get the massage either. Don’t go !

Pretty disappointed with new management. I’m a regular who prefers 90 min massage every two weeks. Can’t get appointments with my preferred therapist (my patronage going back many years). Staff tries to find but there is no follow through, no availability save middle of the day in middle of the week. I no longer get calls telling me the schedule for my therapist has opened so I can book early, and they blame that on the therapist for reducing her schedule (because somehow, reducing her schedule means you can’t pick up the phone and let me know the schedule is open?). I’ve discussed with the new manager and she said she would look into and get back to me with availability for my therapist as well as other suggestions for other therapists… this was 3 weeks ago. I have yet to hear a thing. I am clearly no longer a valued client. Not trying to cause a feud here… but seriously this is the worst experience I’ve had in about a decade w/massage envy.

Just had a Latte and the 3 egg omelette with bacon, mushroom, and spinach. Yummy, but a bit pricey. We were staying at the connected hotel, which gave us a credit to spend there. Probably wouldn’t have found it otherwise.

Lindsay is always a treat to see! She’s the sweetest person and so good at her job. Just the best! I had my first facial with Nicole and will definitely be going back to her. She was fantastic! And Andrea is the best for massages. Super friendly and great at what she does. I always leave feeling better physically and mentally!
