I
have
been
coming
to
this
Starbucks
for
over
2
years
and
the
service
has
just
progressively
gotten
so
much
worse
then
what
it
used
to
be.
There
are
maybe
3
people
in
the
entire
store
that
have
great
customer
service.
Everyone
else
is
extremely
rude
to
customers
and
truthfully
do
not
care
at
all.
I’ve
had
the
days
where
I
do
get
it’s
super
busy.
I’ve
waited
at
this
Starbucks
for
10-15
minutes
for
a
mobile
order
I
place
10
minutes
before
I
show
up.
I
understand
that.
But
lately
my
orders
have
been
messed
up
more
often
then
not
with
no
care
in
the
world.
Or
if
I
have
asked
to
get
it
fixed
they
give
major
attitude.
Even
today
I
said
excuse
me
3
times
after
getting
my
drink
waiting
by
the
counter
for
someone
to
acknowledge
me
to
inform
them
my
drink
was
incorrect
&
got
ignored
by
2
employees.
I
do
get
it
was
a
busy
morning,
but
don’t
ignore
your
customers.
I
now
feel
as
if
i’ve
wasted
so
much
money
at
this
location
over
the
last
2
years
for
the
service
I
have
received.
I’ve
never
complained,
because
I
have
worked
in
service
for
8
years.
But
some
of
these
employees
just
give
not
one
care
in
the
world
to
their
job
or
how
they
treat
the
people
they
interact
with.
I
will
now
be
going
to
the
other
Starbucks
here
in
Barrington,
though
it
may
be
further
from
where
I
work,
hopefully
I
will
get
better
service.
