    I’ve been to this Starbucks before and have not had an issue. Today I walked in to snag a perfect bar and work for an hour. Upon bringing the perfect bar to register for purchase I was met with a very low energy drink employee. I greeted her without her greeting me. Once she exchanged her negative energy to me she rang me up for the perfect bar and then walked away to the back. The prompt on the pay screen wasn’t allowing me to pay so I had to wait 2 minutes for her to walk from prompt and acted like I was the one with the problem. It then charged me a $2 dollar tip which I then said that I wouldn’t tip someone with that kind of attitude. She then tells me that she can’t give me my money back because I already payed. I put 2 stars on this post because the manager was nice enough to stand up from her computer work in the seating area to help me. I hope they can find people to work there that actually care about customer service and providing positive customer experience.

    I was looking at the merchandise while waiting for my mobile pick up order and this girl rudely yelled “M’AM WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU?” No one in line. I said I actually have a pick up order but I am just looking. I grab a cup and wait 5 minutes for her to come back and check me out. She does and all she says is “Just take it.” and leaves. Then I go to wait at the pick up counter for my drink like it says on the app and like you do at every other location. I stood there for 5-7 minutes while the employees just gave me weird looks and talked to each other doing nothing, because again I was the only one waiting. I went to confront them and finally saw the random mobile order pick-up that is in a spot unlike any other Starbucks. Even if you think it is my fault for being clueless about this location’s pick up spots, they could have asked me why I was waiting instead of acting like high schoolers. Rude and unnecessary. Take a drive to another location because every other one has brightened my day with their customer service! Happy freaking new year’s eve to all 3 girls and 1 guy behind the counter at 1pm.

    I was having a rough morning when I went to Starbucks and a new barista who’s name is Kaitlyn greeted me with the warmest smile and was very helpful with figuring out my order. She was very patient and made my day much better! Thank you Starbucks!

    I recently had the pleasure of visiting Starbucks, and I must say, it was a truly exquisite experience. The barista was incredibly hospitable and made me feel immediately at ease. I decided to have a barista(mateo) surprise me with a drink, and I was simply astounded by the complex and delightful flavors. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and I found myself lost in the moment, savoring every sip. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to Starbucks, where I am certain to discover even more delectable delights.

    I have been coming to this Starbucks for over 2 years and the service has just progressively gotten so much worse then what it used to be. There are maybe 3 people in the entire store that have great customer service. Everyone else is extremely rude to customers and truthfully do not care at all. I’ve had the days where I do get it’s super busy. I’ve waited at this Starbucks for 10-15 minutes for a mobile order I place 10 minutes before I show up. I understand that. But lately my orders have been messed up more often then not with no care in the world. Or if I have asked to get it fixed they give major attitude. Even today I said excuse me 3 times after getting my drink waiting by the counter for someone to acknowledge me to inform them my drink was incorrect & got ignored by 2 employees. I do get it was a busy morning, but don’t ignore your customers. I now feel as if i’ve wasted so much money at this location over the last 2 years for the service I have received. I’ve never complained, because I have worked in service for 8 years. But some of these employees just give not one care in the world to their job or how they treat the people they interact with. I will now be going to the other Starbucks here in Barrington, though it may be further from where I work, hopefully I will get better service.

    Amazing work from these baristas. Every time I come here they get orders out efficiently and are always pleasant. Every bad review I’ve read clearly seems to be from a bitter customer who has a low tolerance for any mistake a human would make. Great store.

    What a wonderful experience! Was greater with friendly hellos from two staff members. Ariel was absolutely the nicest person who's ever worked in this store. Helped me replenish my order and asked me how his day was going!

    My drink was so watered down that it almost had no flavor. This is not an exaggeration and was either them stealing from the customer or an intentional act of hate and discrimination. They were also supposedly out my first, my second, and eventually any possible choice of food item in the category I was ordering. This location discriminates in my opinion or is just undeniably cheap and mis-managed. After reading other reviews of how rude they are it may just be both. Don’t waste your time or money here supporting hate.

    Got my drink completely incorrect and charged me extra for base because I asked for no ice… there was the smallest amount of strawberry açaí and no strawberries at all. And it took forever!
