    I have been here a few times recently, and the lady at the drive through window never paid attention to my orders. I have to repeat my codes and orders multiple times till she gets them. Why do you put her at the drive through window if she can’t speak or understand proper English?

    Awful management! Rude personal! She is young lady, short stature and with long black hair! She does not desire to work with customers. She threw the ranch sauce to me and said that next time I will pay for it even though I ordered it. After that, I asked for toys for the children that she did not put in and she also rudely threw them to me. I did not ask for anything more than in my receipt. The manager of the facility staying in the same shoes as the rude young lady. She (the manager) heard everything but said nothing to her. It looked like they were related to each other, or something like that. I asked their names, which is absolutely normal, because it is public place and they serve a meal for my family. And guess what? Of course they didn’t tell me their names… It is what it is. I will reach out the global manager for sure.

    This place is really went down the plunger I used to love coming here all the time and getting food I went with my friend and she has a dietary restriction she cannot eat cheese she requested that there be no cheese on her Big Mac and they put cheese on her Big Mac we went back and requested that she get a whole new sandwich and they said no and they turned us away and they said that if we said no cheese we should have said it at the speaker and it read on our receipt that there was not supposed to be cheese on the Big Mac that's not even the worst part because, the last two times kind of stopped me from going there The first time my food was wrong and I order was not received she kept telling me to just move up like my order wasn't important and when I finally got my bag it was wrong it wasn't my order with someone else's order and then they refuse to replace it or at least give me my correct order. The second time I went there I was shunned at the window they tried to take my change back to my I'm out was 18 something and I gave her a 28 something and she asked me what the 28 was about and I said I needed $10 back and she tried to just hand me the receipt and steal my $10 and then she complained to her manager saying that I stole from her and when I show the manager my receipt she didn't do anything and she thought that I was in the wrong even though it was proved on the receipt that I was supposed to get $10 back. It was a woman with short white orange hair and another woman with black hair and glasses they really did not care to know if my order was correct or even if I got my change back it seemed like they were just trying to get everyone gone so they could close early. The last time I went there they were actually closed super early and it was only like 8:30 and I saw the female manager and I asked her I was like are you guys still open cuz it's only 8:30 and she said no we're closed because no one is coming in and I don't feel like staying open.

    The place is clean and the workers are very nice. The food is good, never once had a bad experience. However there have been a few times when me and my friends would eat in the restaurant and they would forget to bring me an item from my order like a drink or fries. Aside from that it’s a good McDonald’s.

    I order the daily double and asked to make sure there was no pickles. I received my burger with pickles and the manager started an argument with me saying I ate most of the burger. The pickles were towards the back and I wouldn't have eaten a pickle since I'm allergic. She had me go to spot 2 where I sat for a 1/2 hour and they never came out. This was during my lunch break so I didn't get to eat and am very disappointed 😔

    DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Went there and watched the employee prepare my food with his BARE HANDS!!! I asked the person who handed me my food if they use gloves while handling food and she said yes. I told her he didn't have gloves on and she told him to put them on. He poked his head out to see who complained and then prepared my food again, this time with gloves! I was so grossed out, I didn't even eat the sandwich! He had touched the cheese a number of times with his bare hands, what difference is it now that he has gloves on!?! The cheese had been contaminated! Plus he was on his cell phone, so who knows what's on his hands!! I was to disgusted and shocked to get a refund and just left! It just reminded me why I never eat out! SO DISGUSTING!!!!

    If every McDonald’s was like this, the world would be different. This is how a McDonald’s should work, friendly staff, clean, working ice cream machine, great atmosphere. The Manager Aurora was incredibly helpful and friendly. I’ve eaten at many McDonald’s and this was by far the best. Meal was not prepared in a rush manner, but rather nice and precise. 10/10 would recommend and go back!

    Paid $3.00 for a large iced coffee with no ice through the mobile app. Guy walked out to my car and gave me a medium coffee cup filled up halfway. The guy told me "we only fill it up halfway because you put no ice". This is literally less coffee than what you'd get in a small iced coffee with extra ice...

    Call me old fashioned, old school or just plain old if you must, but I still want to hear young people behind the counter greeting me and offering to take my order. Whwn paying $40 for two adults and two children, I expect to be waited on. Good old fashioned SERVICE. After all, they told me that "I deserve a break today, so get up and get away" but then again they ALSO said "lunch for under a buck".

    We are visiting from Las Vegas. this McDonald's experience was better than any we've had in decades the store was very clean the food was very fresh and everything was very well prepared. we enjoyed our time at this McDonald's.

    This place is a joke, look how they filled up my large fries being lazy just not to make more & my nuggets tasted old. Avoid this place the hispanic ladies basically yell over the mic & show no manner
