Palatine Vision Center is incredible. first time there and from the beginning of the visit until the end, excellence is definitely their top priority. The facility is very clean. Very neat and very organized. The staff is very attentive and efficient. In addition to being friendly and very welcoming even though this was my first time it was like visiting friends. My doctor was Dr. lens (forgive spelling, please) and to say she was unbelievably fantastic would be an understatement. Very thorough very pleasant very engaging. And just a little bit funny lol. I have to admit this was one of the most fun times. I have ever gone to a medical facility. Thank you very much for everything. And can’t wait to get my Maui Jim glasses.

Loved the facility and staff!!! Warm and friendly greetings from staff. Dr. Lenz is awesome 👏. She listens and explains everything clearly. After the exam I picked my glasses/frame and she was so helpful. Never tried to get me to go with the more expensive frames. Everyone was wonderful!!!

Vision Center has been a go to place for my eyeglasses for many years. They have a nice selection of frames and the lenses are very high quality. I can’t say enough about the knowledgeable and courteous staff, Carrie. She helps pick out the right fitting and stylish frames. Excellent service overall

This was my first visit. I chose to go after my wife's first visit here earlier in the year, and her great experience. Everyone there was great, from check in to wrapping up when finished. Exam and ordering new lenses went super smooth. Really glad I made the move here, and think I have found the place I can trust my eyes to from now on.

Absolutely great experience! I needed help quickly, I stopped at their office, the young lady at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Then went I was able to meet with Dr Lenz, she was so helpful, and just way I needed at that point. There was 2 intake ladies who were also great! I am very thankful for such a positive experience today!

I was informed of what both the Technician and the Doctor were going to do before the performed the test. They thoroughly explained the results of the various tests taken. Even the Front Desk Staff were courteous and effectively friendly!! I am very happy with The Center!!
