Kathy was great to work with! We needed a new custom liner and the wait times from the manufacturer were very long but Kathy was also checking in to let us know what was going on! We also purchased new patio furniture this year and she was great to work with!

I purchased a treadmill whose company folded in a North America before my warranty ran out. When I had an expensive repair, and no way to contact the manufacturer, Great Escape did their best to honor the warranty. I am once again a satisfied customer.

Almost 2 years ago, the store sold me the pump ( just the motor). It is not working properly anymore. I was trying to exchange by the warranty. I was told that I purchased a set it just a motor. Never did. Now I can not do anything with my pump. I have to buy a new one.

I have been nothing but surprised and blown away by the level of service from this store. their pricing was very competitive and any issues that I have had were dealt with immediately and thoroughly! they replaced a chair even though it was a small issue with the foot coaster.
