    I have shopped here for the past 8 years and never in my life have I been singled out and asked to purchase something before completing my purchases. Talk about being discriminated against by a store employee no less not even a manager. I have never stolen a thing in my life and this honestly was the worst experience in our lives.

    There is a cellphone repair station as soon as you walk in. It is a SCAM. Owner scamed me. Initially was charging me $60 to repair my charging port told me to come back in 15 mins and then told me it would be $80 for some "sensors". And then never called me back. Absolutely outrageous my phone is working perfectly fine. Do not fall for it like I did.

    I just moved to the area within the last month and this Walmart is the closest in proximity. I placed an online order and I was given the wrong my item. I came to customer service and I was not greeted. I explained the issue and the cashier scanned my phone which had the receipt. She seemed to have issues with finding the item which we later learned that it wasn’t not scanned. She asked if the item was scanned, I said that it looks like it wasn’t and I was given the wrong item. She asked if I got the item from the Palatine store. She called someone to help. The guy came up; I informed him what I believe happened. He, too, asked which store I got it from. I wondered why it mattered considering it was Walmart. I had my receipt and I informed them that it was delivered. He then asked a question about the item - I said the same thing that the item was 4.97 and that I was given the wrong length. The initial cashier interjected and said, “I asked her that and she didn’t say that. I guess she didn’t hear me.” I responded, “I told you that I received the wrong length.” There was another question of which store I got the item from - at that point, I asked him to guide me on the Walmart app, so I could find the store. He couldn’t find it. I came in wanting to exchange the item for the correct length and they decided to just refund me in cash. It was not a great experience. This is the third and last time that I will come to this store. The rude encounters are ridiculous. The lack of customer service skills are evident in this facility. The initial cashier seemed stressed out - and it showed in our interaction. The fact that she would imply that I was lying was off putting. I’ll take delivery any day over these poor interactions.

    It has some food items that I like, but not all. It's convenient location to my house is why I shop there. It definitely could use some reorganization of items for easier access.

    I was at the register, paid for my items, and I have a tax-exempt card. I signed the screen for the receipt, and the elder cashier wouldn't give me my receipt. He kept telling me he was not going to give me my receipt until I signed the printout receipt. This store needs to NOT have seniors on registers, especially if they can not remember how to work the systems. I was so disappointed by his actions towards me. I've shopped at this Walmart before and never had this stupid problem!

    We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment time. We stood in line for 35 minutes. The cashier talked to each customer for 10 minutes about nothing. Walmart refused to change the oil I had with me. Terrible service.
