Nice motel in the burbs. Rooms are a little older but maintained and lack HDTV but are clean with microwave and fridge and Xfinity cable with on demand HBO and all the channels. Bathroom and bedding were clean and maintained. Beds have memory foam mattresses and are very comfortable and clean. Location is safe and quiet. Staff is super polite and nice. Would give 5 star review if hdtv was available as compared to most other motels/hotels but I would definitely stay again. If it would let me do a 4.5 star review I would. Has your old Ma and Pa Motel/hotel feel but very home like and that is not said in a negative context, decent rooms and wonderful staff that care about the place and their customers from what I can tell. No complaints.

Scott, the manager, was pleasure to speak to and he took care of us and all our needs. Very clean! Well taken care of, cute garden views, and one of the rooms has LED lighting and mirrors on the ceiling! Friendly community without any drama or bad characters. Lovely.

Scott, the owner, was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Solid motel. Very comfortable bed, excellent cable. Staff is a bit intrusive but well meaning.

Just don't go here. Very simple. 300 a WEEK for HORRIBLE wifi, NO privacy, and a room full of wolf spiders. The list of rules is like a full page and they expect you to be CURFEWED at 1030 and no visitors after that. As in, IN your room, alone and door closed. Police are there all the time apparently (once that I know of during my week stay) and again, no privacy. Not worth 250 let alone 300. At least have working wifi if your gonna run a place like that. "Depressing" is my one word sum up. I feel bad for people that have to live there. Has Bates motel written all over it. The guy running it even has his mother living there. I shoulda checked for cameras. RUN!!!!!!

Visited a friend there. Grounds were decent. Rooms on outer wall where bathroom is have serious water damage and paper thin. But, if you need a place while you get back on your feet, you could do worse

Scott the owner was nice and friendly. We also loved the room we received, it was swank for the money. More homey feeling than a motel 6 and also seemed private.

Not sure what's going on with this place but my friend seems to think it's a nice place to stay glad I didn't pay for the room

Do yourself a favor. Do your research. I can't tell you, oh - don't stay here! That's up to you.. however, I will share my experience (and my close friend's as well) - so you can decide for yourself... First of all, the owner is super rude! 😒 And I don't mean like "once in a while" rude, cause he had a bad day .. oh no! The guy is rude on the daily! There are 12 rooms here, 7 of them are occupied by much older permanent residents. The owner, Bruno, will charge you alot more than all these other folks (who have been living here for years!). If you ask why, he will tell you " Don't worry about these people, worry about yourself!" - (those are his exact words!) And then he'll rudely hang up on you. My friend had to pay $40 more to stay there for 5 days. Rooms are old - 70's style. Mattresses are wrapped in old, thick plastic - yuck... Room #3,5,6 and 12 have mold inside the closet area. Rooms smell of this musty weird smell (maybe it's just me...but I doubt it). The floors in each room are filthy dirty! Sinks don't work properly (water doesn't drain). The tiny parking lot is filled with pot holes! When it rains, the parking lot looks like a lake! I'm not exaggerating! Soda machine hasn't been operational since God knows when. There is no ice machine. Towels are rough to touch and don't smell clean. Usually, I don't like leaving bad reviews. This place? Ugh ..

Personal is very friendly. And many cute little places inside a hidden garden 🪴. Location is good. And price is nice who travel together or alone. Rooms had enough place for two people to feel comfortable. Thanks.

Sooo disappointed. I wondered why when I made the reservation he didn’t want my credit card information- guess I should’ve know it was to good to be true. Was looking for a place to stay for a couple weeks while transitioning to a new job. Called and Scott seemed very nice and cordial at the time. Made the reservation and asked if he wanted my CC information and he was like know you seem like a good guy, I got you down. Ok, great I think. Now- two days before I start my new job and check in I get a call from Scott- sorry but we have no room- a lot of people are transitioning here in between places and jobs and are extending their stays. Well, yeah so was I when you guaranteed my room. Now I’m stuck trying to find someplace with everything else going on. I probably wouldn’t trust this guy ever. Make sure you get written proof of a reservation or you probably won’t have one.
