We were in this place on Saturday, it was quite crowded, but they found a table for us. Everything was fresh and delicious. We ordered french fries, cheese sticks, pizza, wings with parmesan was very tasty, be sure to try it. The bar is quite cozy. there are many screens on which you can see many different things. Recommend this place

We were looking for a place to eat for Mothers Day and came across this place. I had the Area 51 burger with complementary soup. My mom had a normal cheeseburger. It was pretty tasty. I highly recommend it!!

Pleasantly surprised with the food. The Philly was good along with the Chicken Parm Sandwich. The Sweet Potato Fries were greasy but excellent. The Crinkle Fries that came with the Philly were dry, over-fried, and terrible but were quickly replaced with extra Sweet Potato Fries by the staff. I'll come back for a few drinks and a meal any time.

Over priced and neglectful when packaging to go orders so make sure you double check. The woman who placed our order was very rude and obviously didn’t listen because we got boneless wings instead of jumbo like we ordered. Also she got an attitude when we asked if we could substitute the soup for fries and said there were no substitutes… that’s all good and fine but then we come to find out there’s no soup offered on to go orders when we called back about the missing soup.

Jess was an amazing waitress. Cream of chicken rice soup 🍲 boneless wings 😋 delicious. Philly cheese steak sandwiches where out of this world 🌎

First, the place is very loud, loud music, loud talking. It was also a 15 degree day outside, and unfortunately the seat I got stuck with was under a part of the ventilation system that was blowing extremely cold air. I got up and asked one of the servers if they could turn the heat up, or shut it off, or whatever but it's very uncomfortable. They said they would take a look but nothing came out of it. The food is overpriced bar food, nothing special, for $17 the burger was small and some of the fries were fresh, some looked like they had been sitting there. Did come with a small cup of soup which I had declined. I couldn't wait to finish eating and get out of there. I will never return.

Food was great soup was great chicken kabob was good and the flavors were good ate every bite. In comparison to McAlister's I got more food for the dollar and had a better experience with chaser's. I didn't like the water. It tasted a bit salty. But overall I don't drink alcohol so I lose that experience at a place that serves more alcohol. I enjoyed all the TV's and music it was a good place to unwind. Thank you kindly

Who do they think they are charging those prices for a place in lake Zurich. I thought we were on the lake front. Luckily the food was hot and tasty, the beer selection promising, and the service top notch. The bartender kept her cool while dealing with roger. Her tip reflected her kindness and patience. If its late and your hungry and trying to drink in lake Zurich, this is the spot, just don't come broke.

I drive past this place all the time. To watch a big game great location with all the TVs. The food is average bar food, wraps, burgers. The food is done well and always nice size servings. Each time the staff has always been helpful.

On 2 separate occasions I declined offers to attend get-togethers at this place. After finally accepting a dinner invitation here on Sunday, I wish I'd come sooner. The staff was incredibly nice and the food was pretty good. My boyfriend and I shared fried calamari and he had a chicken Caesar wrap with sweet potato fries. It was delicious. On another note, the women's bathroom was exceptionally clean. I recommend this place if you're interested in a casual group gathering or a drink while watching a game. I'll be back!

My mother and I come here about once every eight months. we are cocktail drinkers and every time we head over, wonder why we don’t come here more often. The staff is always friendly, the food is good, they have outdoor heated covered seating, good atmosphere & music and just generally comfortable… until we got the check! $8.75 for Smirnoff + 7-Up SHORT (or tall which is just a shot and the rest is soda) and $8 for a shot of fireball. Food isn’t cheap but not unreasonable, $12 for a small cheese pizza which is tasty so worth it. Unless you’re drinking beer, $5 for a Blue Moon on draft, then there are more reasonable bar and grill options near by.

I never wrote a review before, and I have been to Chasers before, but today was a disappointment. I got this salad: Chicken, Romaine & Iceberg Mix, Bacon, Tomato, Scallions, Pasta, Fresh Peas, Crisp Corn, Bleu Cheese Crumbles & Red Cabbage served with our Chasers Signature Vinaigrette. There was no pasta, the corn was not crisp, but seemed thawed right out of the freezer. The bacon seemed like it was undercooked and then chilled. The chicken was sparse and cold. It was like something pulled out of a package and served. We were on a tight schedule, and did not have the time to order something else. Not worth the price. Not at all.

This Chasers is amazing!! Once I got the Chasers Burger, Then some other day I got the Area 51 burger and it was amazing!!! I love everything the service is so good! Staff are so nice, and the atmosphere of the place is just so nice! This place deserves 5 stars Sincerely, Nathaniel V (Nate)

Chasers is our equivalency to “cheers”. We love going there for dinner or just to hang out with friends. We especially go there because of the phenomenal staff. Heather is our “go to” waitress. We feel like she’s part of our family.

5pm on November 27th. 10 customers 1 bartender and 3 servers. Waited 10 min for my beer and a menu. After 10 minutes of sitting there with a empty beer the bartender takes the food order of the person next to me who just came in. Ignores me trying to order and my empty beer. Goes and sits at a table with the other workers and they just sit there and talk neglecting customers. Unacceptable.

Great people all the staff is nice and very friendly. The food is amazing I've tried almost everything and it has all been delicious. I would recommend a visit if you've never been here before!

I've never dined inside but I am a huge fan of their pizza! I've ordered delivery about 5+ times now and each time it is better than the pie before. This is definitely my new pizza spot! Absolutely delicious! Thanks, Chasers!

First time in Chasers. We enjoyed the food. Burgers were half priced on Thursdays. Service was very good. Nice atmosphere. Only problem I thought their specialty drinks were a bit pricey. Would definitely go back

I was there on Trivia night, it's popular and crowded. My biggest complaint is the music (which incidentally sucked) is too effing loud. They have to scream over a microphone so you could hear the Trivia. I could not hear the person across from me speak. They have 88 cent boneless wings which were dry and over cooked and barely editable 2 out 5 only because they're cheap. Pizza was average my buddy ordered it well done, (idiot), the cheese and sausage is good but the crust has no flavor and with it cooked well done tastes like a cracker. Service was excellent, Beer and drink selection Excellent. Parking ample.

Went in today for lunch. Was seated and ordered. It took an extremely long time to get my Chicken Parm sandwich and whe it finally arrived it was extremely overcooked. When I told the waitress it was overdone she only said the kitchen was backed up. A manager did come over and when I told her the sandwich was overdone she looked annoyed and asked if I wanted it redone. I told her I had to go back to work and she picked up the plate without saying anything else and walked away. I understand things happen sometimes but displaying a poor and hostile attitude when you failed to deliver your product is unacceptable. Your manager on duty today was a poor representation of your business.

We went last week, my wife and I stopped there to see what it was like, very nice and the food was delicious, burgers are big and juicy. The employee's are great. Highly recommended. You should try Chases.

I wish i could give 6 stars!! I always get my food to go and i'm always impressed. I travel to find good wings and Chasers does a great wing. Sweet chilli with the sauce on the side. Can't beat it. Pizza is incredible. Best thin crust in the area. My wife loves the Nashville chicken. I can't say enough good things about the food at Chasers Lake Zurich.

We happened to be in the area for a tournament. Always like reading reviews of surrounding restaurants, to partake of the cuisine. Found Chaser's to be well starred in most areas. And we were not disappointed in the least! Although the parking lot was quite full, the 5 of us were seated promptly . Brittany was a most excellent server. Very personable, and frequented often to check on us. We were fortunate to be there on 1/2 off burger night Thursday. Oh man, the burger was perfect. Crinkle fries delicious. And soup too, I had the chicken tortilla, it was divine. Our table tried a couple other things off the menu, that were equally delicious. A great find! Wait time for a Friday night wasn’t bad at all, we got sat within five minutes. All the food was flavorful and it was taken out at a good time! Service was mediocre, but willing to return because everything else was fantastic!

I love watching my favorite NFL team here. They are always accommodating on putting my team on. Food is good, service is great! We love trivia night as well...
